Our stay at Holiday Inn Agra was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the caring and professional staff ensured that we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The hospitality was top-notch, making our experience truly memorable. A special mention to Head Chef Babita, who went above and beyond to prepare delicious and customized (baby friendly) dishes for us. Her dedication and passion for cooking were evident in every meal, and she made sure even the smallest preferences were catered to. Our kids absolutely loved her friendly and warm approach! The Holiday Inn Agra MG Road is perfect for families, with a great pool that was well-maintained and enjoyable for both kids and adults. The rooms were spacious, clean, and offered all modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The location is also convenient for exploring the city’s attractions. Overall, our experience at Holiday Inn Agra was fantastic, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. We will definitely be returning!

It was a very pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Agra. All the staff were very cooperative. The duty staff, Sonali and Pallavi, Floor Manager Brajesh, swimming pool staff Amit Rai, and Chef Rahul during breakfast were all exceptional. During dinner, there was a female chef whose name I unfortunately can't recall, but she was also very cooperative. Both chefs came to our table multiple times to ask for feedback on the food and to check if anything else was needed. They even arranged jalebi for the kids—such an awesome team! I am very happy with the hospitality at the Holiday Inn. I noticed that all the staff celebrated Earth Day with great enthusiasm and pride. Such initiatives show how seriously and sincerely they approach their work. It was an amazing holiday experience at the Holiday Inn Agra.

Room was good and specious. Bathroom amenities are from high end quality. Breakfast spread is one of the best. They will have to work on dinner dishes taste: they should add any local Lamb dish in the dinner buffet. Staff is helpful specially FO smiling face gentleman who was kind enough to upgraded us to higher room catagory. Chef is very nice person whom I met on my check out. He was also kind enough to ask us for packed sandwiches or fresh fruits since he got to know that we are driving back to Jodhpur and it’s around 8 to 9 hours driving. I will recommend this Holiday Inn Agra MG Road to our family and friends:

Good: Central location, helpful staff, very comfortable bed and mattress, large room, good breakfast spread Can be improved: The swimming pool was closed. A bit lacking on the glam quotient - the lobby, the decor etc. - did not seem like a 5 star property. It is not a luxury luxury resort, but a functional property which does its work

Great stay! Loved our time here. Food was great and ambience is perfect. Hotel is at tge perfect location. We had a great time and I must say the hospitality is great. With the price that we booked in, it felt like a 5 start property
