Holiday Inn Agra MG Road

1. Hotel very good. 2. Staff everywhere very nice. 3. Location nice. 4. Swimming pool average. Become crowded with 4-6 persons. It's in l shape, so not very open. 5. Buffet breakfast good. Except 1-2 items daily changing, everything was same. Third day was kinda boring as same menu. Same taste. Biggest set off: they don't allow any food item or liquor from outside. They are very strict in this regard. First time we reached, they thoroughly scanned all items including ladies purses. We thought good thinking it to be security issues. But later realised the true purpose. Whenever we came from anywhere, they do scan every single item. Even thoroughly check pockets like entering some secure area. Purpose is to detect any food or liquor items. They expect to eat or drink anything from Holiday Inn Agra MG Road only. Outside food, enjoy outside, don't bring inside. For this rule, we felt like prisoners. A holiday is to enjoy everything, but this rule meant to not bring anything inside. Can't bring chips, cold drinks, chat and of course beer/whisky items to enjoy later on. It's kinda jail. Cant even bring any leftovers from anywhere. Will like going again to this property. Naa. Will 100% avoid. In fact have decided to check next time before booking anywhere if they have such a stupid rule. Don't want to live in a 4* jail.

Holiday inn is located at the heart of the bustling agra city. 6kms from agra cant railway station and 4kms from agra fort railway station. The rooms are very big for the price you pay. House staff is very well organised and really helpful in every possible way. My suggestion is always to have the breakfast at the Holiday Inn Agra MG Road. There are huge numbers of items available for catering both veg and non veg guests. Also, they have provided us a packed breakfast on the departure day as we need to leave early in the morning. We also had the buffet dinner twice during our stay of 3 nights. It's really a delightful experience for our family to taste such a variety of cuisines.

Holiday inn, agra is at a very prime location. This Holiday Inn Agra MG Road is beautiful in ambiance and the staff members right from reception to dining hall are highly professional and polite. Food was delicious and the chef, alila was a step ahead to seek our opinion with respect to confectionery items. Their proactive approach is quite appreciable. I would love to stay here in the future as well, whenever in agra. I put on record my sincerest gratitude for their warm hospitality.

Location of the holiday inn, agra is at mg road, the most happening area of agra. Food is surely good, service is also excellent. Dining at room was served with smile, the only issue was a 30 -45 minutes for room food delivery. The house keeping staff was very prompt and decent. Mr. Raju mandala was exceptionally good. Holiday inn agra really a fantastic Holiday Inn Agra MG Road, all facilities are best. Location is very prime, all good market is nearby, it's in between heart of agra. Good quality is very tasty and unlimited. I think i haven't seen such a variety of food anywhere till now. Staff very supportive. I think every facility available here. Room very neat and clean. Hotel is value for money. If i come again agra i will choose this Holiday Inn Agra MG Road only.

Holiday Inn, as always, is top notch. We booked 2 interconnected rooms - both rooms are very big and nice, everything is clean and tidy. The staff are also top notch - all tidy, polite and helpful. Already on the street, if they see that you need help, they come right away. The cuisine is super! They prepare masala tea (there is a separate person to make tea), coffee (made individually for each person on the machine), ice cream, etc.

We stayed for one night at holiday inn, agra. It is a very good property. Situated at mg road, it is easily reachable. The staff is courteous but the fro t desk seemed stiff. Food was great except tea served in the room was cold. When i asked why it is not provided in insulated container, the in room dining staff said sir aise hi serve hota hai. The stay was very comfortable. I will certainly recommend holiday inn.
