I have a good experience with the staff. I reached early, and request for room occupancy as my old mother wanted some rest. They provided the room as the room got vacated and and the housekeeping staff cleaned it on urgent basis.ocerall my stay was comfortable.

Firstly the Checkninn was smooth Mr Harsh was fantastic in making it quick . The rooms are comfortable good size as I was with family , the food options are ample and good taste . The pool was ok kids enjoyed for small time , the pool side restaurant and live music was amazing . Staff is courteous and helpful .

check in process experience was horrible we were denied for welcome drink, saying by hotel reception staff that it's too late night we can't offer welcome drink..... we requested for tea instead of welcome drink......staff said it's corporate business Hotel so tea is chargeable. any way begining was horrible n we had a bad conversation with staff........not expected this kind of behaviour from Holiday inn hotel........
