Holiday Inn Amritsar

Me and my wife stayed at holiday inn for 3 nights, and the stay was absolutely awesome. Check-in: the reception staff was courteous, and check-in was very swift. Location: it is situated at a posh location and is 11 min drive/ride by taxi. Local commuting is easy as we get e rickshaw and autos just outside the Holiday Inn Amritsar, besides easy connectivity with uber pick up. Golden temple and adjacent jalinwala bagh are 15 min drive and on the way is the gobindgarh fort and durgyani temple. Wagah border is half an hour drive from the Holiday Inn Amritsar. There are many eating joints nearby. Famous kulcha land subway are bang opposite and bhrawa the dhaba, yellow chillie are around 5-7 min walk away. Room: the room was quite spacious, and the all necessary toiletterie is provided with fixed dispensing besides shaving kit and dental kit. It has a safe, but you need to ask for the iron. The bathroom was of good size. The room was well lit, too. Breakfast : the breakfast spread is usual and reasonably tasty. The staff at the restaurant was nice but less professional. The space is a little smaller to handle peak hours, so they arrange guests to have breakfast in the lounge area but serve well there. The swimming pool was sadly closed for repair, though steam and sauna were working. Overall, it was a very good stay.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The quality of room is great; breakfast buffet was also nice, however better check of quality of food is required. While the washroom size and cleanliness was good, not having bathrobes is a very limited setting for a big chain like ihg. However, the location of the Holiday Inn Amritsar is nice, many shops and eating outlets close by. Overall the Holiday Inn Amritsar is good to use for your stay. Room size is really good.

The stay overall was quite comfortable, with commendable staff and service, and high cleanliness and hygiene standards. However, there was some slight disappointment with the breakfast, which felt repetitive, especially for guests staying longer than two days. Additionally, the variety of cakes on display lacked freshness. Furthermore, the washrooms were in need of maintenance, with water flowing out after showers due to what appeared to be aged glass doors.

Everything is excellent rooms, bathrooms, cleaning, food except room service. Very poor room service. You have to call again and again for any single thing you want in room or you want any help. Every-time i called them they never did service in one call and on time. Have to call them for 2-3 times everytime. But sometimes even after so many calls still they dont give service. Then have to go down at reception.

We stayed for 3 nights in aug 24 and everything was very comfortable. Rooms are fairly spacious, food is awesome- we tried Holiday Inn Amritsar’s buffet dinner and was a great experience. Location is convenient around 4 kms from the golden temple and nearby is some market for basic stuff with some good restaurants. Special call out to navjot, who was very helpful and courteous throughout our stay.

Property is nice. Location is good. Lots of small shops are around. A ground having food trucks is very close. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Taxi and e rikshaw are available easily. In room dining the portions served are good and food is good ( not excellent) the swimming pool was under maintenance, i wonder why they chose to go for such heavy renovation at summer time.

I visited amritsar with my family and stayed at holiday inn. The stay was very comfortable with excellent hospitality and great food. Just 1 thing- the breakfast was same for all the days. It gets monotonous for people staying for longer duration. Some changes to the breakfast menu would be highly appreciated.

The property is well maintained and is located in a good area where a number of good eating joints are available. The breakfast buffet was good and had catered for a large number of items. The staff is courteous and caring. We stayed for one night only and had great experience and comfort.

The Holiday Inn Amritsar is very centrally located. Easy to commute from here and everything was available nearby. The food is also good and staff is hospitable

It was a pleasant stay. Rooms were well maintained and clean. Food was good. The staff was courteous.

It was wonderful stay in holiday inn. I was with with my family for 2 nights and this Holiday Inn Amritsar is very close to city and nearby golden temple. Breakfast spread was wonderful. Room was very nice.

The stay was pretty comfortable. The room was neat and tidy, so was the washroom. We had a pretty good spread at the morning breakfast buffet as well. My only concern were the flies at the table but after we had requested for a beater the fly situation was taken care off.

Awesome experience and awesome morning buffet. Gym is small but have adequate equipments. Nice place to live in

Fortunately, it is the best place to stay here. Staff and serivers were verge good. Breakfast is very pleasant.

Cleaning is excellent, navjot is a one of the best employee to coordinator with tourist. Overall service and cleanliness is excellent
