I really want to appreciate and thank the staffs here their hospitality was commendable and comforting. We reached the Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse early morning and were planning to keep bags and wait but surprisingly they knowing this offered early check in and since the room category we booked was full they gave complimentary upgrade as well when they are running pretty occupied. The staffs were very polite and caring, even though i have got similar experience from other Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse chains as well this one stands out for me. Even they provided cab service to airport on strike day.

Overall, i had a very nice experience during my two night stay here. The Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse offers very good value for money. The restaurant staff was very helpful in offering customised breakfast (jain food. It is located at the center of the city - so commute becomes easier. View is also great - you can see race course from the window. Only area of improvement is - i could hear the voice of people talking in the next room and outside in the passage.

Right from checking, room allotment, interiors, furnishing, air-conditioning, bathroom and products were wonderful and of excellent quality. What stand out beyond this is the staff all over tha place. They are so customer focused and very intuitive to guests. This is most visible in the restaurant when one goes for breakfast. The choice for breakfast is amazing catering to needs of guests not only across india but also international guests.

It was a pleasant stay in holiday inn. View of racecourse from my room was awesome experience. Room was very much clean & tidy. Complimentary breakfast was wonderful. Especially the bakery section was too delicious. I ordered less oil noddles they were up to the mark, all the staff were good mannered especially zoey i must tell she is smart girl with a smiling face. Overall, i enjoyed a lot. Has a great time.

The room was immaculate, with modern decor and a comfortable bed. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The amenities, including a well-equipped gym and a relaxing spa, added to the overall positive experience. The Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse's central location made it convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend it for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

We checked in around 3:30, only one room was ready. So i had to shift my parents to other Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse. Later after function, at night room was available and it was not refundable, our driver used that room after night 11:30. Only one room was ready at 3:30, when check in time was 2. I have given feedback in Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse as well.

Location 5 star. Food 5 star amenities 3 star ( hot water issues) rooms cramped. Services 5 star.

It was a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent with all major malls, outlets etc close by. Food was awesome with a huge variety of cuisine. Staff was prompt to help us in any way they could. Rooms were very clean and so were the toilet. Would recommend it to all.

Excellent Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse for the stay. Located at the centre of city from you can easy go to anywhere in bangalore. Clean and hygiene. You can get a top view of the race course. Highly recommended for your stay.

Stay was good and staff were very courteous but rooms are of very small size and i can recommend this property if anyone is on business trip.

Staff is very welcoming n helpful, not to forget they allowed me to carry some bakery food for my flight. I forgot my phone on other day n they checked in cctv n returned me on my table

The location of the Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse is superb. Neha in the reception was kind enough to upgrade my room. The view of the racecourse early in the morning is superb.

Clean and good rooms. Friendly staff. Hotel gives a wonderful view of the racecourse. Walkable distance from vikana soudha and cubbon park.

Short and sweet. Good dining and breakfast menu. Hopefully get a better experience next time. Maybe next year
