On arrival you scan your bags through then go up to lobby on level 5 via lift. Check-in was smooth and quick took no more than a few minutes handed our card and we went straight up to room. Good size room however room did not feel like it had been cleaned properly before we arrived. I could see dust on bathroom and bedside tables. Other than that we couldn't turn on tv but that was resolved quickly. Close to metro wholesale where we got a day pass and got to do a bit of shopping. Breakfast was okay, pastries didn't seem that fresh but had a variety spread. Overall good location, staff was good. Really appreciated the gym being opened for me at 6am to train without having to wait until 7am. Thanks for that it gave me a headstart to my day. Great size gym with weights and good variety of machines. Rooftop pool was good for adults but no section for young children to swim on side and in this heat it would have been nice to have some kind of shade upstairs near pool in summer but good view across all angles.

I had stayed at the property for 1 night for my business travel. Right from the entry gate all the staff were very courteous and polite. The room was very spacious and had all the amenities which are expected from a HOLIDAY INN CHANDIGARH ZIRAKPUR of this standard. Breakfast spread was very good with a lot of options. The only negative which i found was that there is a problem in getting hot water in the wash basins. Had to waste a lot of water before getting hot water. Even the maintenance staff could not do anything about it. In today's time the property needs to seriously think about this system as wastage of water is a very big concern

Excellent stay excellent hospitality though there is one thing i would like to bring up. At the time of departure, the valet got my car up, i would have liked to tip the valet and the guy who brought my luggage down. However there was a line up of maybe 6 guys kowtowing which turned me off and i ended up tipping no one. I suppose people with black money encourage this kind of behaviour but being a service man it doesn’t work for me and kind of put me off the guys who did something for me is fine but why should every guy loafing around join the lineup and six guys there were lined up

Location of property may not be in posh area of chandigarh but it compensates it by less price for booking, cooperative staff. I stayed there for 2 days. Mr manish helped in everything like continuing room in reasonable price, being available 24/7. He is very patient, hard working, soft spoken, disciplined staff. Second is ankit who also helped me being new to this place, guiding me how to book taxi, even during checkout he helped me to pack my luggage and many other things. Rest of staff like prabhjot kaur was also available for help whenever anything needed.

Location of the property is good you can find nearby malls, eating and shopping places. Food quality was good with lot of varities in breakfast. Good and tasty food for foodie people and healthy breakfast for diet conscious people. Gym and spa is also of good standard. Swimming pool at the terrace was lovely with clean water and maintained infrastructure. Room size was good. Slightly cleanliness can be better for which i formed the property manager. Overall good property for business traveller's as well as family stay.

Wonderful property and my stay was comfortable, front desk staff is very supportive. They help for my phone which needed charging and allowed me to charge it at front desk
