Good Hotel & Staff also very good . Well maintained and good house keeping too. I recently stayed and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the room's decor. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping the room tidy and well-stocked. Overall, my stay was highly enjoyable. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and top-notch amenities made for a memorable visit. I had a great stay at holiday-inn Holiday Inn Cochin the room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Amenities like the gym and rooftop pool were well-maintained, and the view from the pool was stunning. The staff was friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any requests. The Holiday Inn Cochin followed strict hygiene protocols, which made me feel safe throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, though some of the dinner dishes were slightly overpriced. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and public transport. Overall, great value for money and i would definitely recommend it!

I loved the reception and overall experience here. Except security who want better driving skill person and wanted me to alight the car in the parking. I am not a very good driver. The SPA over here is superb. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. I should thank the in room service person Pratik who kept everything tidy, even though I am not a person of that quality. He is good at what he does Food is awesome, authentic Kerala, better compared to the other options I tried through food delivery apps. Next time I am coming here for sure. Well I am gonna come back once again before I leave India.

My two day business trip to cochin made me to stay at holiday inn which was a pleasant one. The location is easily accessible from airport when you come into the city and it is nearby to all the important places in the city. Amazing ambience with very good guest management at holiday inn especially the breakfast buffet spread was delightful and with various options. Food was tasty and very delicious for me. This property has got the best of the amenities that one needs while on a business trip. The Holiday Inn Cochin has a very good internet speed and helped me a lot during my meetings.

Yeah it was really good. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Holiday Inn Cochin. Everything about the Holiday Inn Cochin was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Stay at holiday inn was awesome as usual. Being an ihg club member experience was even better especially during dinner. The spread was great and the quality of food, taste was exemplary. Staff was really good even before they were told about my membership. At the restaurant tamilarasu, jeetesh were very pleasant and courteous. At the reception met an employee from assam, unable to recollect his name, he was really good with his communication and attitude. Overall a great stay.

The property is just 20 mins from the railway station. The food is super yummy and finger licking delicious! the only glitch is the housekeeping. When we checked in there were tea stains on the mug and hair was lying on the floor of the bathroom. Even when we asked the housekeeping to clean the room, it wasn't so good! rest everything for very good. The rooms, swimming pool, gym, restaurant, complimentary breakfast. Simply superb!

Had a really good stay at holidayinn. Good food, good rooms as well. Checkin needs to be faster, even after reaching 40minutes late than checkin, my rooms where not ready. I had to wait 10-15minutes again to get my room
