I want to acknowledge the cleanliness of the rooms and the welcoming attitude of the Holiday Inn Express Bengaluru Yeshwantpur staff. However, I experienced an unexpected issue during my recent stay that I feel needs addressing. I stayed at your Holiday Inn Express Bengaluru Yeshwantpur from June 27th to July 1st, 2024, and had pre-booked and paid in full for dinner for all five days of my stay. Due to prior engagements on three evenings, I understood that I would not be able to receive a refund for these missed meals. However, upon canceling my engagements to dine at the Holiday Inn today, I was disappointed to find out that dinner was not served buffet-style due to low occupancy. I accepted this change, but was further surprised when I was told that soup was not available today, despite ordering à la carte. After discussing this with the supervisor, a limited choice of "Holiday Inn Express Bengaluru Yeshwantpur's choice" soup was eventually RECOMMENDED NOT SERVED. The menu offered fewer options compared to the buffet, which limited my selection. Following several requests, I spoke with Manager Mr. Sanyan, requesting either an apology gesture or a refund equivalent to feeding four individuals in need. Unfortunately, the manager appeared indecisive and did not resolve the issue. After this incident, I reluctantly ordered a vegetarian dish with roti, only to be informed that rice was unavailable that day. Considering these circumstances, I kindly request a full refund for the prepaid meals. I hope you understand the frustration this situation has caused. I am uncertain if this message will reach the appropriate individuals, but I feel compelled to share my experience. AT LAST I WOULD SAY GUEST IN YOUR HOTEL IS TREATED LIKE BEGGERS & WELL KNOWN FACT IS "BEGGERS ARE NOT CHOOSERS"

The Holiday Inn Express Bengaluru Yeshwantpur’s location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transportation options. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and well-maintained, featuring comfortable bedding and standard amenities such as a flat-screen tv and a work desk. The wi-fi was reliable, which was a plus for both work and leisure. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast, which offered a good selection of hot and cold items. It was a great start to the day, with fresh options and attentive service.

Had a good stay. Good staff from the security guard, front office staff and the housekeeping everyone of them were very good. About the location: 10/10 for the ease of my purpose and the visibility of the property. Its right on the main road. Didn’t get a chance around their food but there in room menu has very limited items. The rooms on the other hand are really really compact! no desk or cupboard in the room. Very compact! but it is well looked after and well maintained. Neat and clean.

Hotel location is in heart of city. We found Holiday Inn Express Bengaluru Yeshwantpur staff is very cooperative. Hygine in the Holiday Inn Express Bengaluru Yeshwantpur followed very well. Amenities in the Holiday Inn Express Bengaluru Yeshwantpur are awesome. We are staying in family of four members and booked a twin room. Very happy to share my review because staying in twin room we will not feel staying apart. Over-all wonderful experience

The rooms of express Holiday Inn Express Bengaluru Yeshwantpurs are smaller but the service is the same as the other Holiday Inn Express Bengaluru Yeshwantpurs. The rooms are equipped with all necessary amenities. Good check in and check out experience (fast service. Breakfast was also good. However, that day the restaurant floor was had some sugary drink spilled which wasn't cleaned for a long time. That was inconvenient

The Holiday Inn Express Bengaluru Yeshwantpur is located close to the yeshwantpur metro station. It is close to government offices and is good for business trips. The service was fast and the staff were cordial. The breakfast buffet has a good variety. The food at other times is decent. The layout of the rooms is unique. They have optimised the space without compromising on facilities. Overall a nice experience.

I am not a great visitor of Holiday Inn Express Bengaluru Yeshwantpurs. Thus, cannot give opinions as a lot of others do. Room was nice, cozy, service courteous was good. The checking was at 03. 00 pm. Though i arrived early, was not charged extra. Food is a problem for me. Did not have much of a choice as per my view. Breakfast was nice a lot of chioces. Over all ok.

I had opted for room with dinner including. When i went to restaurant, they didn't have buffet and i had to order from their menu and that too with only limited items in the menu. Except this everything else was good.
