The stay at holiday inn express, banjara hills was very pleasant. The service by reception and housekeeping staff was very good. The breakfast spread which was complimentary was extremely good. The price was also affordable for the services provided. Would recommend this to anyone who wants to travel to hyderabad and is looking for a stay.

The room was very small. The bathrooms are not big too its so small that only one person can stand. The food is not upto the cost we are paying. I paid 850 plus taxes for a buffet dinner where there is only limited options to eat and the food was below average

Except for a few things, overall it was a good experience. Only bothering point was that washroom was too small. Also on requesting for extra blanket, it was told that no extra blanket was available and wasn't provided which i find strange.

Hotel is situated in good location. Check in was a bit slow. Room was tidy and clean with most amenities. Breakfast spread is limited but food is fine, and restaurant tends to have a rush especially in the morning.

4 reasons to appreciate: (1)front office staff courteous, esp ms kouser and pallavi. (2)bed linen very clean and fresh. (3)washer, dryer and iron available without extra charges and (4)gym accessible 24x7.
