However, i noticed that it was quite crowded during breakfast time. On several occasions, certain food items and spoons were lacking. I understand this was due to the rush. Despite this, the food was great, and the dining staff were very nice and helpful

The property is in the uphill location in banjara hills. Its easy to locate and not great food and amenities are available at this Holiday Inn Express Hyderabad Banjara Hills. Its a pure business Holiday Inn Express Hyderabad Banjara Hills where in you just need to place to crash end of the day.

The room was very small. The bathrooms are not big too its so small that only one person can stand. The food is not upto the cost we are paying. I paid 850 plus taxes for a buffet dinner where there is only limited options to eat and the food was below average

Except for a few things, overall it was a good experience. Only bothering point was that washroom was too small. Also on requesting for extra blanket, it was told that no extra blanket was available and wasn't provided which i find strange.

Hotel is situated in good location. Check in was a bit slow. Room was tidy and clean with most amenities. Breakfast spread is limited but food is fine, and restaurant tends to have a rush especially in the morning.

4 reasons to appreciate: (1)front office staff courteous, esp ms kouser and pallavi. (2)bed linen very clean and fresh. (3)washer, dryer and iron available without extra charges and (4)gym accessible 24x7.
