I just spent an amazing day at the holiday inn sector 90 in gurugram, and i'm still grinning from ear to ear! from the moment i walked in, the staff were warm and welcoming - but one person really stole the show: sakshi singh. She not only helped me out with every request, but even surprised me with a room upgrade! thank you so much for this gesture sakshi. The Holiday Inn Gurugram, Sector 90 itself was top-notch, with comfy rooms, delicious food, and all the amenities you need. We took the stay on weekend for relaxation. And i must say the stay was fantastic. Starting from the checkin; it was so quick and got the key in couple of minutes. Services and staff everything was great. We took the deal with breakfast and dinner. The buffet has the good variety of dishes and it was delicious too with proper hygiene. Coming to gym & pool it’s also well maintained. I would definitely recommend to visit.

Very good hospitality. Good staying experience. Good amenities although i recommend addition of entertainment area with facilities like carrom, chess, board games and indoor games like table tennis, billiards, bowling, squash. This will make people use it and further relax and enjoy the stay. Will motivate families to have 1-2 days getaway to Holiday Inn Gurugram, Sector 90 which mostly is constituted by business stay

It was a great experience. Courteous staff and i must say, chai and rusk at breakfast buffet spread has my heart. My stay was amazing. The vallet, hem u offered me changing the tyre himself when he saw me worried about my punctured tyre. Also, deepak at the breakfast was very humble and kept me asking if i needed something. Even suggested what’s good in the menu

I was looking for a property to stay for a night and have some beautiful time with family and through net surfing i found this property and got wonderful deal with mmt. The overall experience was excellent including food and service. Staff was cooperative and polite and tried to give special attention especially mr. Deepak, manager.

The bell desk boys were a welcome change compared to other Holiday Inn Gurugram, Sector 90s. They were superbly trained and smiling. Despite being 'differently abled, the boys were immediately able to gauge my needs and acted quickly. The breakfast spread was great - alongwith the attentiveness of the f&b managers and waiters.

We had a very good stay. Very neat and clean Holiday Inn Gurugram, Sector 90. Helpful staff and fast service. Food taste can be better especially in buffet dinner. Taxi movement during drop and pickup was a bit difficult in front of reception gate as some other cars were parked and no space in front for taxi to take a u turn.

Had a delightful one-night stay at Holiday Inn Sector 90 Manesar. The modern decor, impeccable service, and comfortable amenities made my experience truly enjoyable. The rooms were very clean. Staff was very hospitable. Breakfast had lots of options. Closely connected to sapphire 90 market with lots of options to eat and also kids friendly with play area, rides etc.

Found this property on google. The only problem is of drainage system but overall experience was good.

Great stay with good services

Room was awesome on high floor, specially cleaning view and the amenities givens in the room was excellent. Specially the food was good

Not up to the mark rooms were too small and nothing to say about bathroom air conditioners were not working since check in to night nobody took complaint seriously

The food was good, easy to reach, well behaved staff, overall a great experience. Surrounding shops and mall gives u ease of general needs.

Everything is good. I think staff needs to be trained in a better manner as i myself seen staff was not even ready to apologize for the mistake they have done with that international tourist. It brings poor impression about our country.

Stay is good, but room is little small as per the industry standard. Rest quality of service is ok.
