Terrible Stay

It was terrible. The road outside was broken. Food was too bad. Breakfast spread is less and quality is not good. There are no amenities. Even basic amenities like towel, tissues were not there in the room and we had to call every time. Overall it should be a 2 star hotel not 4.

Worst experience, at the night the bathroom ceiling fell down and i had to spend the whole night scared, they shifted me in another room but it was a terrific experience! and worst is next day they questioned me about the missing silly little cheap towel ! Guess what else was missing ??their bathroom ceiling.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Kolkata Airport. The location is excellent – just a few minutes from the airport, making it very convenient for travelers. The hotel has a modern look with well-maintained interiors and a relaxing ambiance. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities you’d expect from a 5-star property. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful night’s sleep despite being close to the airport. The staff deserves special mention – they are warm, courteous, and always ready to help, making the entire experience smooth and welcoming. Location is good. Food and other facilities are also very good. Parking is good. Reception staff are cooperating. I feel comfortable during my stay. Rooms are good. House keeping is good. Bed was comfortable. Toilet and others are also very good and comfortable.
