Property is good as u expect of a 5star property. Room size, furnishing and facility were all good. Meals at their restaurant was also good though they do take some time to prepare and serve. On insistence they provided us group of 8 rooms on the same floor, even though it meant upgrading the rooms to suite level. One issue though, they do not seem to have plumbers etc round the clock. A plumbing issue remained unresolved as the plumber would come in next day only

Nice Holiday Inn Lucknow Airport Hotel near to the airport. Easy check in check out, courteous staff, excellent swimming pool, beautiful rooftop bar. Everything was fine. Only issue i would suggest to improve is the travel desk. I asked for a rental, which could not be arranged even after waiting for quite sometime. The early morning airport drop was arranged. But the car looked extremely dirty. Travel desk should be more careful on this issue.

Excellent Holiday Inn Lucknow Airport Hotel. Great service the room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to famous spots & street food too. The location is great- very near central train station & airport as well.

It was an excellent and great stay. It was one of the best stay we had in india. We had stayed many times in usa. Very nice clean rooms, clean bathroom. Good food. It was a very good experience from time of check in to check out. They arranged for the cab to drop us in the airport. Mr ashish in the check in was very friendly and helpful.
