Holiday Inn New Delhi International Airport

I stayed in the Holiday Inn New Delhi International Airport holiday inn at aerocity delhi. It was apleasant experience. The check in was hassle free and didn't take more than 5 min. The front desk guys were quick and so efficient. The room was great and room service was quick. We enjoyed buffet breakfast there. The food served was good and delicious. There were enough items to satisfy the palate of everyone in our family. They happily catered to our request of a food item that was not displayed for buffet. The best thing was the Holiday Inn New Delhi International Airport pool, though small in size, the life guards working there were good and made sure people followed the guidelines. I liked that. The only downside i found out that a baby pool would have been a great addition as my little one could not enjoy much in water. All in all. A good stay.

The Holiday Inn New Delhi International Airport is great but only thing i didn’t like was that they were asking to pay right after every purchase/room dining. Even though we had kept money on hold for any purchase, since it wasnt updated, twice they asked to pay cash for in room dining, which was a bit odd. When one goes to a five star property, one expects a certain level of hospitality. But still over all it was fine. I think the price for the room is more for the location. One suggestion that they should keep some water toys near the swimming pool for kids at least.

Holiday inn the best of world class service with a warmest reception to excellent effort of being there for every on with best of authentic indian cuisine to the best national-international food possible from the cleanest room to amazing views for every one on this planet with all this its amazing that its soo near the airport aceseble for any one coming or going from india. Overall the best stay with me. Holiday inn should be added to your bucket list as if your near by and can't forget the reasonable pricing in the delhi aerocity.

Merits: 1. Location is excellent adjacent to the 3 world-mark malls. One can just walk across. 2. Staff is earnest and polite. 3. Rooms and other areas are maintained well. 4. Food is quite good with the south indian and oriental fare being the highlights. Improvement areas: 1. The dial-up concierge and housekeeping personnel need to be more coordinated, attentive and prompt. 2. The rooms need easier, more accessible, and brighter overhead lighting. Overall, a worthwhile Holiday Inn New Delhi International Airport indeed.

My stay in the Holiday Inn New Delhi International Airport was full of comfort. My booked room was upgraded without request and without paying extra. The staff at the reception was very hospitable. The restaurants buffet was one of the best among other 5 star Holiday Inn New Delhi International Airport. The staff at the restaurant was was caring and at our service. Due to my short stay of 2 days i could not use other facilities. Yes, for walk loving peoples there is lot of area around to go for the walk.

I ve been travel-ling to delhi for business since the last 20+ years and i hate to stay in the Holiday Inn New Delhi International Airports in delhi city. For the first time i decided to stay in aerocity and chose holiday inn and this has been my best experience ever. In every aspect, the location, food, hospitality, freindly staff, clean rooms, great service. It was a bit too perfect.

The location had a nice street view and was near some food options that were very close to the Holiday Inn New Delhi International Airport, they had many great amenities such as the pool and the food options where very diverse with many different types of food. The service was very good and there was always people ready to serve you when you needed something.
