No proper Water Arrangement. No proper caretaker at property. No Safety & Security at Property. No Proper Parking facility. Parking at road side

Rooms were not really cleaned and food was not so good.

Receptionist was not aware about the booking after he sees he provided a good room to us. then he shifted us to a non lavatory room then he charged more money to provide a room with combined lavatory.

Worst experience I ever had. AC was not working and moreover the bathroom and washroom was not attached. Bathroom and washroom was common which was used by number of other people staying in the hotel.

The location is not proper and area of property is not suitable, Staff is also not good,Services and preparation of food is not good,The property's location is far away from every point.Seperate one wash room is usable to eight room. Overall not good. Malay Dutta

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Holiday INN and I can honestly say it was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I've ever encountered. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, it was clear this was not going to be a pleasant experience. There is no attached washroom and many more. Totally rubbish

Had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. When we checked in the bedspreads were not clean. Bathrooms were not clean and Comod broken and not clean, Smell in room and mosquito, It was a disheartening stay altogether. Staff behavior not good.

I booked hotel hotel holydayy in through makemytrip, when I reached hotel for checkin they demanded extra amount for attached bathroom and also water.

no isstaancevwas provided by the hotel management and I have paid for 3 person for the third one they have not given any bedsheet. we have to adjust on the bed itself.

I faced a lot of trouble at the inn . The amenities mentioned on the app were not provided.

It was hassle free booking as well as room experience, all services were awesome. Thanks a lot.

property is good but service very slow

toilet is not clean and the flush is overflowing. and it's not usable.

First of all, we could not locate uisng Uber . it dropped us 1 km away because of properly not identified the location. secondly , room was too bad and smelly . we could not sleep .

Arranged Outside Food which is not good. Isolated place to get for auto Rickshaw

Hygiene not maintained. Washroom cleanliness not maintained. Also, common area gets cleaned only once a day even if somehow it becomes dirty. Rainfall makes the lobby area dirtier and cleaning staff only takes care of cleaning only once i.e. in morning.

the stay was not good. we were given a separate bathroom which was far outside the room. the hotel manager mentioned that the bathroom is for our use but their staff was also using the bathroom. our stay was not pleasant.
