Holiday Inn Resort

We were looking for a peaceful and happy family time in goa and holiday inn proved to be perfect experience. The check-in was quick and executives were cordial. The ambiance at reception was promising and way to room was through nice passeges overlooking the garden, smiling staff was adding to the comfort. Room was clean to satisfaction and the view for green garden spread till the horizon was perfect. The way from room to the brach passed through the pool and gardens offering umpteen spots to click pictured. Beach gives a very private feeling as most of people present there are Holiday Inn Resort guests only. The view is breathtaking, spent a good time in waves or at the chairs with umbrellas. Presence of life guard is a big plus. Swimming pool is quite big, never felt crowded except on a day when there were a large no of college students present, we avoided on that day. Food is another important highlight, buffet breakfast is a nice spread for a vegetarian family like mine. Though on some days i felt a bit challenged for choices but dinner made up with live music of different types on each day. Overall a wonderful exp (9/10. I'm very likely to visit this place again.

Right from check-in to check-out i felt at home. Check-in was special here beacuse michelle attended me personally explaining all the facilities of the Holiday Inn Resort- this is something i totally missed in the property i was staying for a couple of days because my conference was there. All the staff were exudes kindness- arun at the spa is amazing! inf-act the spa is one of the best i have been to the many properties i have stayed in. The beach- front restaurant is mesmerising with the expansive view of the sea. What makes air more special is the kind staff who tries to customize your food according to your taste and needs. Francisco at air is all smiles ready to attend you all the time. All the staff at the property exhibit high emotional intelligence. I cannot forget how they attended to me with a customised comfort food dinner at zest 12. 30 am at night. You need anything all you have to do is communicate nicely they are all ears trying to respond to it with best of their ability. Whenever in goa it’s always holiday inn resort for me from my side. I stayed during valentine’s and i think i have totally fallen in love with this property.

1. The food served in holiday inn's beach-side restaurant and italian eatery is exceptionally good. We have been to ritz, martin's corner and many other famous and iconic places in goa in the past. This time we didn't want to step out much so ordered the food from the restaurants at the property and were completely blown away-the quality, taste and service was top notch-thanks to the chefs for the excellent dishes. Although there's a third restaurant, we didn't eat there and will highly recommend these two restaurants. 2. The housekeeping and restaurant staff were very friendly and accommodated all our requests. 3. The property is connected to mob-or beach and it isn't crowded at all. In case you are looking for a quite place this is a very good option otherwise if you want to see some crowd, loud music, etc. Then don't opt for this place. Overall, it's a fantastic property and would highly recommend.

The rooms were well maintained, clean and housekeeping was prompt. Staff kept inquiring about our well-being and stay and were courteous. Lawns were vast, very well maintained and was such a relaxing sight. The buffet counter had plenty of variety and was excellent. The walking distance to the mob-or beach was another plus point. The premises could do better by having a direction placard to indicate the children's activity zone etc. The live counter could do well with menus to indicate what is available. It was only when staff asked if we wanted rotis or phulkas etc that we realized the options existed. Same for the kids menu. Only on the last day, we were told we could order waffles, pancakes etc. The live music was a nice touch. Not loud and blaring but just the right modulation. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely visit again.

A very beautiful, beachside property nestled in a corner of south goa. Clean private beach without any rush. Best spot to relax. Booked a standard room but got upgraded to a villa room. Room was big and well kept. Had a attached balcony and a separate space to watch tv at ease. The room had ironing board, hairdryer and electric kettle. But basic amenities like toothbrush, paste, sanitary napkin disposal bag, comb need to be separately asked for ( that is it is provided to customer only upon request. Staff were very helpful and courteous. We had complimentary breakfast. It had sufficient varieties and food tasted really good. Kid friendly property with a very nice play area. Kids get complimentary warm milk, oats etc on request. Very clean and well maintained swimming pool

One word excellent. I arrived at the Holiday Inn Resort quite earlier than the check-in time, still they provided me with a room at around 10:30 despite having 3pm check-in time. We got the welcome drink. After check-in as well i got a call from reception to confirm if everything was smooth or anything that i needed. The room was very clean and spacious with a balcony. There are many facilities in the property including a swimming pool, garden, child play & activity area, game zone etc. Food was also awesome with varieties everyday. Since it's a beach resort, we got the easy access to the beach and fully enjoyed it. Overall, it is one of the best properties with very supportive staff and fantastic services. Totally satisfied with my stay.

South goa is known for private beaches (sort of) and lack of crowds. Holiday inn takes that to the next level. There are hardly any other Holiday Inn Resort, shops around the place. Just a couple of shacks other than the resort's shack itself. Choices of restaurant if you are particular about your cusines. Excellent swimming pool if you are tired of swimming in the sea. It gives you the privacy that you need, but at the same time available in case you need something. The garden area is huge with lot's of egrets, sparrows (and crows too) flocking around. You can pick a book and read it in the garden under a shade, or next to the pool or by the beach. Lots of activities for kids and toddlers too.

I stayed at holiday inn resort (cavelossim) from 20-oct to 21-oct with my family. We had a warm welcome and since it was lunch time on arrival, we were asked to proceed for lunch. The standard which we booked was spacious and very clean. We were given a room in one of the villas which was peaceful and quiet. Location of the property is too good with 2-3 mins walk to three beach. The beach is very clean and you’ll love it. Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner is very good and they have multiple restaurants including one right next to the beach which is awesome. You have tour packages available if you want to go site seeing. Over all, we had a pleasant stay and would love to come back.

Holiday inn resort in goa is beautiful property located at south goa. This huge property with lush greenery and lot of activities. Good for honeymooner, family, group travellers. Worth of money you spent here. It has beach shack also with good ambience and nice beach view, it has private beach also for their guests

We were family members in group stayed in holiday inn resort for 2 days and we enjoyed a lot over there. Nice property with excellent ambience and highly recommend to stay in holiday inn resort.

Top of the line in their field. The location was pleasant, and having a beach right next to the Holiday Inn Resort was the perfect added bonus. The service was outstanding, especially for children, with complimentary offerings like milk khichdi. The hospitality was exceptional.

It was a fantastic stay. With delicious food and view of beach from resort is marvelous. Kids enjoyed a lot. Property is beautiful with greenery all around

Fantastic stay at holiday inn goa, cavelossim! the staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the amenities were top-notch. Loved the pool and beach access. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Highly recommend! 5/5 stars.

Pros: 1. Cleanliness is top notch even surpassing other properties. 2. Food taste is good. 3. Location is awesome, just few meters away from the beach. 4. Staff are always ready to go extra mile without any expectation of reward or tip. Cons: nothing that i can think of. Keep up the awesome job you guys are doing.

The property is huge and mob-or beach is at walking distance. The lobby area, service, and swimming pool is one of the best. They offer complimentary (free) in-house dining food for infants and a cot as well. It has a dedicated play area for kids which is good enough. The only issue i had was that the property was isolated and even for a small distance you have to book a taxi which is minimum 300 rs for 2-3 kms, all sightseeing becomes costlier due to taxi cost. It is a leisure property purely for relaxing and not for sightseeing

The resort was excellent. Though the rooms were nothing fancy - it was clean and sweet, but the property was vast and expansive. Had wide open lawn with various ammenities like tennis court, kids play area etc. The lawn opens to a beach, which was spectacular. This Holiday Inn Resort has 3 restaurants- 2 of which we had tried and found to be very good. I was expecting an average stay considering that holiday inn was a business Holiday Inn Resort. But this one was really good and amazing.
