Property is full of crows and poor beach front.

One of the worst beach in south Goa. Lots of crows in the resort. Where ever you go either beach, breakfast or swimming or walk you constantly hear crow noise. On a positive note it does maintain the five star status with room service, breakfast and fitness centre.

My stay at Holiday Inn Resort Goa was wonderful. The property is beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery and located right next to the beach. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable with all modern amenities. The staff is courteous and always ready to help. The food at the restaurant was delicious with a great variety of Goan and international dishes. The pool, spa, and beach access made the stay relaxing and enjoyable. Beautiful property with a stunning private beach, but definitely not a true 5-star experience. We paid per night (later saw on their site) and were given a room far from all facilities despite informing them that my wife was 7 months pregnant. Staff had no clue about the complimentary beer offer in our booking and never followed up. Service was slow and unhelpful — even getting fruits cut took 30+ minutes. Food tasted good but portions were small. Breakfast was the only meal worth praising. The private beach is the resort’s saving grace, but poor communication, lack of empathy, and inflexible policies ruin the experience.

I stayed twice at holiday inn resort goa . The location ,property ,pool is excellent. Food is really tasty and they have wide spread for breakfast and dinner. The beach is clean . Water sports there are good.Its kids friendly my son enjoyed a lot .

The stay experience was really good. Food is awesome with lot of variety. The only negative point I would say is that they could not entertain our request of late checkout. Overall, it's a great property with excellent beach connectivity, delicious food, and a very helpful staff. The large pool is a big plus! However, there are a couple of areas that need attention - the room interiors and sizes could be improved, as they feel a bit cramped. Also, beware of the crows near the pool! They can be quite aggressive and swoop down in groups to snatch food, making it a bit of a challenge to enjoy a meal there.

Excellent stay! The hospitality was truly top-notch , right from check-in, reception, service, and food (both buffet and à la carte). A special thanks to the Chef and team for thoughtfully arranging a wholesome packed breakfast and accommodating our special requests, as we had an early checkout before the buffet service began.

Had a wonderful time at Holiday Inn. Location is excellent and property is well maintained. Private beach is pristine and food is top notch. Highly recommended if you are looking for accommodation in South Goa.
