The overall property was good, they need to improve the quality of entry doors, doors of bathroom, the in house service and need to revamp their bathroom.

We had stayed at sand heaven for 3 days during our trip to andaman islands. Good hotel for this price and i did not have any problems during the stay. Courteous staff and complimentary breakfast is excellent as well. People coming from mainland will be surprised at the food price over here, but that’s pretty much normal here. All in all, we had good time at sand heaven. You can order food from zomato / swiggy as well just in case.

The location is good, however the cleanliness of the room was average and the water availability was going on and off.

About stay in hhbr, all facilities provided was good & overall atmosphere was nice. I must say it's one of the best option anyone can select in havelock. Thanks!

Hotel employees arrange sports activities, scooty, cake etc at higher cost than normal. I advise tourists to arrange everything by themselves, otherwise it will cost you very much higher than normal. For example: scuba drive suggested by hotel was 5500 but normal rate was only 3200 only.

Very unprofessional behaviour of the hotel staff. Mainly the staff from restaurant, the incharge of restaurant doesn't have any sort of professionism. I mark this hotel a zero rating pathetic

Extremely cordial hotel staff who make the stay memorable. Rooms are good. Food is fantastic. Washrooms could be made a little better.

Not worth the kind of high room tarrif. Average hotel with regards to stay and overall ambience. Food still good in taste.

Location is close to jetty and many nice restaurants. Food was average. Buffet breakfast could have included more options. They have a swimming pool but no changing room. Service by the staff was quick.

The hotel is cheating people on dinner menus: 1. The receptionist clearly told us to have dinner as it is very good 2. The today special does not have a single item available, as there is no tandoori item available at dinner time (incl. Roti. As the tandoor was not started. 3. Dishes are priced much higher than the price mentioned in the main menu book, as these have been been revised recently and are sold at double rates as poolside menu 4. Any dishes, including king prawn, etc. Are not available and the staff is dictating what to eat. 5. Breakfast timing are 7:30am onwards, hence we missed breakfast, as i our boat to port blair was at 8am

Poor maintanence

1. Location, ambience, pool, room - good 2. Bathroom fittings, linen - very old; water heater and tv not working ( they changed the room but geyser still was not functional) 3. Behavior of reception desk - very good and helpful 4. Restaurant staff - extremely annoying, inefficient & horrible 5. Pool cleanliness - average not very good

The hotel staff was very good especially amrish nautiyal. He served us food with a smile and didnt hesitate to ans our doubts and questions. The room was comfortable and came with a nice view

Food quality is very poor. Its better to avoid the property as there are better option in havelock. Food quality is poor and they take lots of time to serve. I found insect in upma.

The hnhbr is an awesome resort with beautiful pool view and backyard beach view. They also arrange chargeable beach-side candle light romantic dinner. They can improve on decoration of candle light dinner though, but the food was supper awesome and great hospitality.

We had booked modern margin room with sea/pool facing. The rooms had a vintage vibe. The rooms were very clean n spacious. All toiletries were provided. Staff was courteous and helped us in every way we had asked for.

Hotel is next to jetty. Walkable. Friendly staff. Food is good. Fittings in washroom and few things are bit old, but will do thier job. Shower gel and shampoo provided are not of good quality.

They are changing too much, but they don't have facilities in the hotel.
