It's located 700 meters from Rajas seat, in a residential area, no cabs or autos available nearby so you have to rely on their sight seeing packages, cleanliness was average, toilet cum bathroom is extremely small, not that clean, wasn't cleaned in the 4 days we stayed there. On asking we were given bedsheet and extra towel though. Breakfast was good quality homemade food and good quantity as well but comes after 7:30-8 Am so had to skip for 2 days. The cab packages provided were good, made changes and took us wherever we wanted but the rates were more than what I was told initially. There's inverter backup, gas heater, electric kettle and induction available, no refrigerator. Overall worth the price, can improve in cleanliness and can add a fridge which would be really good. We ordered food at night thrice on Swiggy, no Ola or Uber though.

It was 2 BHK flat. We got it for 4 persons for 2 days with HDFC credit card offer on MakeMyTrip. We felt it was quite reasonable and Worth each penny spent. Facilities, Two rooms with attached washrooms. kitchen with small 3 seater dining table, kettle, water purifier, milk powder sachets and tea bags provided. 1 hall with 4 seater sofa and 19 inch led TV was provided. 2 hot water available for bath. All out in both rooms provided. Power backup 5 WiFi 6 Home made wines available in kitchen 7 water purifier and kettle in kitchen. 8 sink for washing utensils 9 home made tasty breakfast with different variety each day. 10 big almirah and mirror in both rooms. 11 big mirror in washrooms, toothpaste and small soap provided Owner prince was polite and helped us on single call. We would love to stay again.

This is a wonderful place to stay with family. Its a 2BHK homestay. The promoter of this homestay- Prince is a very nice person. I had requested for little early check in and he had told me that he will call me and inform me. As he had promised he called me well ahead in time and said we can do early check in. It was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast provided was very good. Quantity was too much to be eaten by 4 people :P. Rooms were very neat and clean and utensils were there so that you can order food and eat. Prince helped me in planning sightseeing and even booked a jeep for Mandalpatti in a jiffy for very good price. Highly recommend this place for people going with family to Coorg.

The room which was provided for us was excellent. All rooms, hall, kitchen, bathroom were neat and clean. Home owner welcomed us in a good way & the quick demo of all facilities given was mind blowing. Morning breakfast given to us was tasty. If you like to have tea or coffee at your free time or if you want to make your food hot, don't worry, there is a induction in kitchen. There is also a water purifier. You can spend your evening time relaxing in Rajaseat without a need of rushing to room as this room is nearby. If you have your own vehicle, then it will be easy to travel. Overall, it is a good homestay and you will never feel regret for your choice.

Honestay Cozynest is a very nice place to stay. Very neat and clean spacious bed room drawing with nice kitchen. It is enjoyable if you love peaceful isolated very locality. There is no prepared food nearby. You have to go market for your choice food. Auto is available cheap Rs 30 each Side. Prince is managing the Cozy Nest. Nice man. If you like some isolated peaceful atmosphere it is good.

Owner behavior is very nice. Room location is wonderful. Its just 500 near to Raja seat which is a nice place to enjoy in the evening. Facilities for drivers is not available and for that owner has other Holidayincoorg Cozy Nest | Rooms & Caretaker which is around 4 km from this one. Overall its worth the money if you are going by your own vehicle.

We made a booking for two nights, but the travel buses were supposed to reach 8 hours before the scheduled check-in time. We just called our host Mr. Prince, and he said no problem. We reached Madikeri at 4:00 in the morning and Prince came to the home stay with the keys immediately. It was a wonderful experience for us.

It was a very nice stay. Feels like home away from home. Everything is very disciplined and on time.

Excellent value for money. Lovely homemade breakfast. Was able to order food on swiggy that was delivered at the homestay within 30 min. Very helpful management. Also was able to get transportation for sight seeing at the homestay itself from Mr. Reka. Good experience overall.

Rooms are very clean, seems newly built, very spacious, value for money interms of room, location, cleanliness, service. Location is best as you will be on top of the madikere with clouds passing by. The breakfast provided was clean and tasty. Caretake is

A very good homestay... Would like to recommend others also. I stayed here for 3 days. Breakfast is awesome.. And our host he is a man with smile. He was always there to address if any problem arise.. Awesome room.. Hill top location, parking place available.
