Coorg royal mension is very good place to stay. +ve: with respect to location, it is located at height because of height it has superb scenic view. However so you have to drive through very stiff slope. +ve: inside the homestay, everything was very good. Room with kitchen has very royale. Kitchen has all required facilities. Caretaker vijendra was very supportive and good person. I appreciate his help at all steps. +ve: room with balcony has very very serene view and feeling if you are having dinner in balcony (has dishes and glasses provided. -ve: here 3 rooms are there, 1) independent room, 2) room with balcony 3) 2 delux bed rooms with kitchen. You have to be careful if you two couples plan the tour & if you are choosing 1st and 2nd rooms, they are not near by, you have to go through very narrow and long walkway on 1st floor to reach to 2nd room from 1st room, this mistake we did. -ve: 2nd room has door opened from 3rd room, which will be locked, still you may face retained light and sound of other who is staying in 3rd room. -ve: 3rd rooms have very light curtains which are not 100% black out at night, so person who is standing out side of window of 3rd rooms, can easily see inside bedrooms. In conclusion, place is definatly good to stay if you are fine with deal.

We had a great 2-day stay at holidayincoorg royal mansion. The place was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. It was well connected to the ksrtc bus stand, market, raja seat, fort, omkareshwar temple and museum. It is at the end of the hill near dechoor colony and may be a bit steep to climb for aged persons. Otherwise, it's a peaceful locality. The view from first floor balcony was excellent. Highly recommend this homestay for a peaceful getaway!

The property was really good and amazing. We had a very great experience. The location was beautiful, luscious and accessible to the city. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was clean. We had a very good view from the balcony. I give it a 5 star because it's really worth staying there and very underrated.

We had a pleasant stay, it was indeed a sweet home. The care taker of the property was very helpful. Place was very neat and clean. It is very close to madikeri town.

The property was at good location, enjoyed stay with them. Fine cleaniness & care by the owner. What's lacking was food service, need to improve on that service!

A good place with a good location. The view is amazing but the amenities are low. Madikeri is a place eh-ere it always rains in coorg.
