HOLISTIC STAY ECO - RESORT

I feel very bad experience their attitude and talk is very bad, I came the hotel at late night there is no reception staff and no security..plz don't suggest this property to customers

The property is located at a perfect location with great ambience. Nature lovers will love it. But hospitality was very poor. Staffs are not aware of welcoming guest. Giving proper guidance. Even they are not sharing exact check out time without asking. For every activities and services available there we have to go and get the staff everytime. Rooms and reception is located at a distance so each time reaching staff is tiring. Rooms are also not neat enough. There was a foul smell and was wet all arround. Air conditioner and water heater were also not working.

Comfortable stay, good service. And employees are very friendly. Very very scenic and beautiful area around the property.

It was a pleasant stay in middle of nature. Food was amazing and the staff were very cooperative. The resort has its private waterfall.

food was not Good. stayed in tend lots of distance from main entrance. near tend vehicle parking was terrible

We recently visited Holistic Eco Resort and booked the Tower Suite, which was supposed to be the best room in the resort. While the view from the suite was indeed breathtaking and the room itself was spacious and well-maintained, our overall experience was good

The stay at holistic stay eco resort was excellent. Nice location, good food, polite and lovely staff. Off road drive and waterfalls are must mention activities

#It was a great location and property with a less skilled or short skilled management based on my experience on 5 th August 2023 #There were multiple routes from Kerala Karnataka border to the property, we end up with a adventures offroad and lucky enough to reach the property. Hats off to the local people from a nearby village [2 random people who were on scooty on the road] helped us with the off road navigation. We messaged called the property numbers multiple times no one turned up till we reached the property and reported it. They admitted they were supposed to shared the route but missed 😊. Please make sure you get the route from the property and avoid google maps navigating you. Else go with a four wheel drive with a free off road experience😊 #Checking-in took more than 2 hours as there was a group checkout and we waited and waited from 4 to 6 in the common area… #They were short of house keeping and there was a mess in the common area before the twin tower stay since we landed till next day morning which was a bit concerning for hygiene #Got luggage by 9 pm from car to room after requesting for help 10 times from 5 pm as they were busy #The property was bit slippery during the rainy season. It is not recommended for old people since the entire connecting paths gets wet and also the entrance to the restaurant and rooms is also very slippery. Literally couple of guests slipped and fall down during dinner at the same spot in restaurant #We could not try the off road ride as the driver was not available #The morning tea was offered in restarent after 1 hour after waiting as they were not tracking who ordered it #The breakfast was served in a random way and they don’t track who comes first or second. So we waited for more than an hour for Bread and omlet and later got delivered when we were in spending time in lawn after an hour. We asked them to bill it on us and just rejected it. The place is good for couples round the year and bachelors. Personally, I feel Not recommended for family with small kids or elderly person during rainy season as it is very slippering and no way to reach out to a clinic on emergency, the stone cladding used for flooring is not very grip by default and only one person can walk at a time which makes managing elderly person challenging. The have vitrified tiles in the entry of room {the cave} which is also very slippery with rain. They have access to private falls which is good, only we should be careful with leech which I got in my foot and realised after an hour on reaching back. The restaurant food is great and affordable. The place was in a ultimate location but comes with its own cost.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful resort and i simply cannot say enough good things about it. From the moment i arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my every need was met. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and immaculately clean. The location was also amazed me.
