Worst experience while staying there. First the property is not upto the mark. Dirty washrooms, dirty linens. We checked in and found out the air conditioner was not working in the master bedroom. It’s a very split AC and after confronting the property owner they say we have a gas issue. They rectified the issue after 5-6 hours. But i must say this is the worst property listed. AVOID IF POSSIBLE

We did our best to resolve the issue promptly by offering you an alternative property nearby within minutes of your complaint. You were also given the option of a full refund, but you chose to stay, even after raising the complaint with MMT. Regarding your request for a free stay, I must clarify that we can't offer complimentary stays due to issues that were quickly addressed, and alternatives were provided. You chose to remain with your friends, and after our efforts, the issue with the AC was fully resolved. If the property wasn't suitable for your needs, we respect your decision to check out, and we encourage guests to make that choice as needed. Please understand that sometimes factors like weather can affect service response times. Nonetheless, we strive to ensure that issues are resolved as quickly as possible. We hope this clarifies the situation.

Home away home! perfect place for Indore

Wonderful stay, felt like home away home. This villa is at prime location and is equipped of all the requirement of a home. Beautiful infrastructure and interiors. Certainly a must visit when travelling with a family of 6-8people or a group.

Very good property as seen in images. Cleaning was very good. Pukhraj ji is very helping and always available on 1 call. Location is one of the best. Everything was there towels toiletories and extr beds. It was wonderful stay will come again. Thanks

Very comfortable & cozy stay at a very convenient location. The duplex had all the required amenities. I enjoyed staying with friends here for a night, though it seems very comfortable and safe for the family as well.
