The rooms were spacious the bed was excellent there is a good storage provision tv sofa and the bathroom square ample with good separation for dry and wet area. The complete premise was well lit well ventilated and there was ample space to walk throughout. Dining space was a bit cramped the food was okay i would say it was just an average for the price not too much of options and also the date was not so great but it was still manageable. The entry was bit of a mess, there were no clear signs to enter the Home Town Galleria Manipal from the premises, when we asked the security he just routed us to the parking space which is just behind the Home Town Galleria Manipal and from there we took the service lift to reach the Home Town Galleria Manipal without absolutely no signboards at all. This clearly must be taken care by them. If you ask me honestly is it a value for money i would definitely say no. The hospitality was just average.

I would rate this as 4 *s for the reason given below. 1. Hotel is clean, rooms are clean and bathroom is clean as well. This is something very important to me. 2. Location - right opposite to manipal hospital, its right in the heart of manipal with everything accessible easily. 3. Food - good food, decent breakfast options, very nice meal options and its not over the top expensive. 4. Staff - good courteous staff. One thing i iddn't like was - the restaurant staff is very coureous to customers but to their own junior staff, they were quite rude. Its none of my business i know but still, as a human, and as an employee myself, i expect all staff members to be treated with equal respect. I hope Home Town Galleria Manipal management looks at that.

Pros: 1. Good for short business trip. 2. Walking distance to MIT and KMC 3. Located Inside the market complex and next to the multiplex/mall. 4. Rooms are spacious and clean. Housekeeping is prompt. 5. Room service available till 3AM. 6. Food and complimentary b’fast (optional) at Vito’s restaurant is nice. 7. Parking, Wifi service available. 8. Got late check out FoC Cons: 1. Security: Only main entry is secured. Market side entry to the Home Town Galleria Manipal is unsecured and freely accessible to outsiders. 2. 3rd floor standard rooms doesn’t have mini fridge. 3. No other recreational facilities like pool, gym etc. (External Gym is in the market though) 4. Hotel doesn’t provide second room key which gets inconvenient.

Great location, gorgeous surroundings, and excellent personnel. The most courteous and helpful receptionist and staff ever, as well as a nice and positive first impression of the Home Town Galleria Manipal. Everything about the Home Town Galleria Manipal was excellent. It was clean, stylish, and spacious, with good service where we ate dinner. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced, and the service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well-equipped and comfy. I was quite delighted with my stay. I hope to return for a longer visit in the future. The Home Town Galleria Manipal's location is a plus, as it is close to everything, including major hospitals and shopping.

The stay was an incredible experience. The Home Town Galleria Manipal was clean and very beautiful. The staff was the sweetest. When it came to eating, vito’s won our heart with their pizzas and beverages. Kyoto wasn’t our favourite. This was our first ever trip and we were just 3 girls but the Home Town Galleria Manipal made us feel very comfortable and safe. They were ready to help us out and addressed all of our queries with patience and a sweet smile, also helped us with travel arrangements. Loved our experience, will definitely choose to stay here during our next visit

The property is an apt location with so much to do nearby. It's at a walking distance to the mit. We booked a premium deluxe but were upgraded to a premium suite room. This was a happy upgrade and we enjoyed the room as well as our stay. The staff was courteous and available for room service at any time of the day. The buffet breakfast was not that great but the location offers many alternatives for food around. They also have adequate parking facility. Overall we had a peaceful stay and would recommend this place to others.

Excellent place, close to colleges, good restaurants and clean rooms

I love to stay at hometown galeria. I am a regular client. I love to stay here, because it is centrally located, it's friendly staff and they maintain the room's neat and hygiene.

Various breakfast options. The housekeeping staff is prompt in attending to your needs. Will strongly recommend.
