Location very well located near to lucknow junction and 5 minute walk from alambaugh bus terminus. And metro station. Its a part of newly built mall with a separate entry. Ambiance: newly built property with a refreshing and smart ambiance. Spacious and fast lifts to take you to your floor in fraction of seconds. One of the beautiful and refreshing interiors i have seen in recent time. Very neat, refreshing and vibrant. Services i have to give this a special heighlight as each and every staff were exceptional at services. Very cortious, smiling and highly efficient. I will rate them 10/10 thats outstanding. Food had breakfast and that was very satisfying as well. We have been taken care by exceptionally excellent staff. Sheetal. And made our breakfast perfect upto the mark. Hats off to the services. Hey, overall it was good experience overall and could have been great of the room cleanliness was taken good care, as there was one pencil lying just below the window shades as i moved in and it was lying there only during my check out as well. This shows that floor cleaning is not done with good care. Also the commode was not maintained clean there where many spots on it. Lastly the breakfast quality can be improved, mainly the south indian food i felt it very taste less.

Tried this Hometel Alambagh Lucknow, A Sarovar Hotel for the very first time on my work trip to lucknow. I usually stay at golden tulip when i visit lucknow, but all 5 star properties were sold out for the day and i went for this hometel. I must say, it was nothing less than a 5 star. Very comfortable, neat and top notch service by the very humble staff. I have another Hometel Alambagh Lucknow, A Sarovar Hotel to call my go to property in lucknow! loved it.

The Hometel Alambagh Lucknow, A Sarovar Hotel location is great and close to the airport. The entire front desk team, especially mr. Anurag and ms. Shalini are very helpful, and they deserve a good reward. The entire housekeeping staff, especially mr subodh and miss bagirathi, are always willing to help and answer our queries. A big thank you to all the other staff and the management.

Had a very nice and comfortable stay at amotel. The staff was exceptionally supportive and always willing to help with any requests or questions i had. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, making my stay even more pleasant. Additionally, the food was delicious and well-prepared though it was expensive.
