After the booking Host charges said why did you booked it from MMT instead of AIR BNB, then on our arrival they took 5k other than as security which was told it will be refunded if there is no damage only. This 5k was not there in the MMT description. Now they said that there is a mess and on towel there is stain which we count in damage. Are you kidding me? A stain on the towel you count in damage. Worst experience i had. Owner is rude and over call we had argument as well. I am escalating this to you (MMT) as host took 5k and not refunding now

I had a great experience staying at this property. The place was clean, comfortable, and offered a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It's definitely worth visiting at least once – you’re likely to enjoy it as much as I did. Highly recommended!

This property owner force guests to pat extra amount like once booking is success and amount is paid. They blackmailed us to pay 5k extra which was no where in the booking details a new rule by them after booking success. Or they won’t cancel the booking and it’s non refundable. And MMT support them. Where is transparency? If you need extra deposit please mention it in booking TnCs. Worst experience. For the same please feel free to book the property and experience.

A Disastrous Stay – Not Worth the Money I had a truly terrible experience at this hotel, and I feel the need to warn others. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that this place was far from what was advertised. The room was filthy – there were stains on the carpet and the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. The bathroom itself was a nightmare. The knobs were broken, making it impossible to properly adjust the water temperature, and the shower didn’t work properly. It was a struggle to even get a decent shower. What made matters worse was the attitude of the staff. They were not only unhelpful but downright arrogant and disrespectful. When I mentioned the issues in my room, they were dismissive and showed no urgency to address the problems. It’s as if they didn’t care at all about customer satisfaction. Overall, this stay was a complete disappointment. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, and I certainly won’t be returning. Save your money and stay somewhere else where you’ll actually be treated with respect and receive decent service.
