The location of the hotel is good but the condition is pathetic. They do provide best deals of water activities. The shower was not working,no hot water in shower, her spray in terrible condition, rain water dripping from cealing, stained bedsheet to name a few.

The property location is great, pleasant and very near to kala patthar beach. Food is simple and delicious and has a good private beach. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall a good stay in budget.

My stay was pleasant in this resort and most importantly they have a private beach to enjoy. Also they book scuba or underwater activities at lower price.

फर्श तो साफ था पर छिपकली, फर्श पर चल रही थी । लोकेशन और बीच अच्छा था । window से रूम के अंदर देखा जा सकता है । कांच लगा है अतः पर्दे का ही सहारा है । खाना में रोटी बनाना ही नही आता दाल सब्जी में भी proper साफसफाई नही थी । below average category का रूम रहा।

Waste of money ,Rooms were not hygienic , dirty even room services are very poor. restaurant service worst for including breakfast charging approx Rs. 550/- extra but not worth of even 200/-

Location is just fantastic with mesmerizing sea view and beautiful sunrise. The services have been good with supportive staff.

It was a good stay, the most loving part was that they arrange scuba and kayaking at cheaper prices than the havlok market.

Room Is Not Cleaned .. in washroom Bucket Condition is Worst and Toilet Flush also Not working .. there Is No Control of Fan And AC .. AC ane Fan making terrible Noise .. that Noise Disturbing the sleep.. overal Worst Stay ..

Location is good as the private beach is an added advantage but the cleanliness of the beach can be enhanced Food is OK but little improvement in servicing is required Amenities are basic, TV was not at all working

Nice to stay, nice behave of staffs and food quality not up to the mark. . But although overall experience was good.

Good for who want lonely places. Budget rooms. And wonderful beach view. Coconut trees and sea green osan.

Room are average. It was very hot day and by the time we reached room a/c was not working properly. However beach near to the room was good.

Facing some issues to get the room but owner was very supportive and killed the issues, finally i got the excellent room. Nice and comfortable staying.

Room was poorly maintained. Ac was not working. Bed and bathrooms were full of dust. Owner was not there. You will never get receptionist at reception. All photos on mm t is old and i dont know on which basis its rating is good. I wl give 0. 5 rating for this resort i booked for 3 days but we shifted to ocean blue (nearest hotel) immediately. Worst experience

Paid full amount for reservation but denied entry to room as my infant name was not mentioned on make my trip reservation slip. They denied refund of amount paid. Struggling with mm t to get this issue resolved. Will request other tourist to opt for other hotel nearby as my experience was pathetic at this hotel. Will not suggest to come here and stay with family in this resort.

I take the room for 02days, on the first complete day and night ac was not working. Reception person assured that they will change the upgraded room on next day, but they do not fulfill their promise and simply changed similar room on next day. Also room was having lot of termite on dressing table and side of bed
