Horizon Heights Serviced Apartment

I had a really nice experience staying at this Horizon Heights Serviced Apartment for 6 nights and did not have a single bad customer experience. Their customer service was commendable and they accommodated every single request which I made. On top of it, every one at the Horizon Heights Serviced Apartment was extremely polite and courteous. Probably the best service experience I have had anywhere in India. Only point for improvement will be comparatively small Horizon Heights Serviced Apartment rooms and also variety of breakfast buffet can be improved. Otherwise I absolutely have no complaints from this well managed Horizon Heights Serviced Apartment.

Service apartment is good. Nice spacious hall and kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. Bathroom fittings are good. The wooden fittings in the room look substandard and cheap. The AC dint work in our rooms at all. Ideally I should be refunded for this. How can you give someone non AC room when you have paid for AC rooms. Since no pantry in Horizon Heights Serviced Apartment they provide packed breakfast from nearby Horizon Heights Serviced Apartment which is decent.

Accommodation is in Good location and in good condition as well. Front office and other staff services are excellent. Staff are cordial, helping in arranging transport, food, house keeping. South Indian Break fast very tasty and healthy. However internet and WiFi are very poor. Unable to check email and other important emails.

Cleaniness of the Hotel is good. Roof top of the apartment is very nice place to relax. It would be better is the roof tops were open at night also. It would also be better if the complementary tea or coffee instant mades were provided. But the location of the Horizon Heights Serviced Apartment is far from bus stand.

Stayed here for 6 nights for a business trip. They provided me a 2 BHK flat with almost fully furnished. Location is perfect. The behaviour of the staff was very good and was very cooperative. The only thing I'll suggest to have variety in breakfast. I definitely recommend this if you are going for a Long stay.

The place is absolutely value for money. The room is spacious and clean. Well maintained service Apartment. The common areas also are amazingly well maintained. Just that they could be a bit better with their towel quality. Otherwise the overall experience was good

Rooms were clean and nice hospitality. Location is very good and easy access to shopping location. Parking is good and security is available through out the day. Breakfast is inclusive and it was average food. However restaurant nearby are easy reachable.

Good stay with family. Enjoyed so well. Everything is good.

Well maintained property with a mini pool and shuttle court. The 2 BHK units are spacious with furnished living hall and mini kitchen.

Beautiful property, very well maintained and much suitable for families. The rooms are aesthetically build and very clean and spacious. Special mention to the people who take care of the property! If room service might be improved we can rate five stars!

Apartment was good and room service is very good. Morning complementary breakfast is served in room that is also good. I stayed hear 2 to 3 times I am very much satisfied in this apartment over all service is good

Had a peaceful stay. Well maintained rooms, ventilation was proper. Food was also nice, but you can improve more and give better service.

Nice and comfortable stay with fish restaurants and good car parking facility. Put you can order online. I prefer to stay here because of the peaceful nature here

Pleasantly surprised to experience a great place to stay with family. Very homely feeling. Dining can be better though.

Rooms are good and cleaned well

This is the very first time I have experienced with serviced apartment. Luxury was more than what I expected and also with facilities like gym and swimming pool. I enjoyed the stay as well my business visit was also successful.
