Clean and hygenic room and bathroom. Room service boys also appreciable. Good service at reception and security in charge also. Nice location and ambience. Food not tried at here. will refer anybody for stay here.

They offer mediocre accommodation for that booked online . It's absurd to pay for such subpar service . After staying at room 212, a mediocre room, which lacked a telephone, wifi, kettle,and also most of the amenities listed were absent. We were unable to contact the reception for room service without the phone. Additionally jacking up the prices for this accommodation is beyond reasonable.

Room was not expected to the standard , it felt bit untidy , even the bathroom was soiled and one of the reading lamp was not working , dressing table lamp was not working , bed was dusty , bathroom buckets were old and filthy

Hotel location was close to temple. good property and polite staff. neat also. would highly recommend.

Food amenities and services are find very nice location also near to the temple and nice for worship especially for women Devotees

One day charging around Rs. 2800+ but not worth for this. Limited parking is there, bit congested. Room is very old, interior and furniture's very old. Many plug points not working. I am not recommending this because not worth for the money we spent. Gurivayur temple is very nearby 5-7 minutes walkable. Buffet breakfast is there with very limited items. Not happy at all. I thank the people in reception they are very and patient. But the quality of property is not upto the mark.

Stay was great. Very near to south gate (300mtrs) Bed and air conditioning was good. Didn’t get hot water and shower wasn’t working.

The stay was OK, rooms were decent enough. Food was good and staffs were friendly. Overall a decent stay.

It was overall good..the hotel is very near to the temple which makes it easy for us to do temple.Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are also good. Only problem we faced was mosquitoes for which mosquito repellent was given by hotel people on request.

The room is infested with mosquitoes, the toilet is unhygienic, and the curtains are covered in dust and spider webs.

Horizon international hotel was very convenient location to go to the temple by walk. Also the food quality was best.

Overall good stay. No complimentary breakfast for my booking so it was a bit costly affair.

The rooms were average, only advantage is a walkable distance from temple and a covered parking space available for few cars.

The property is easily accessible from the outer ring road. Check in was provided advancement of 1hour. Rooms were neat and comfortable. Food was also tasty. Room service was prompt. We enjoyed the stay.
