Will not recommend this to any solo travellers who are looking for a clean place, lenin, bathroom. No jet, flush working in bathroom. Huge phenyl smell in room. No kitchen or fridge available. They share ac remote in-between rooms. That one remote is also partially work as per its own choice.

-property is at prime location, bike rent guidance available, host are very friendly, problem with hygiene(bedsheet, blankets, mosquitoes)

I have checked in early but still staff gave me a nice welcome and security was pretty good with a total sanitation check up i got my bed it’s was really clean and smelling nice on top of all that experience with the host was really good.

Unclean bathrooms, and below average cleanliness and hygiene. As a non college student i would not want to live in this accommodation despite how cheap it is. Students might find it suitable. Otherwise do not recommend.

Bedsheets were not clean, dust on the upper deck, ac was not working, when we enter in a room bad smell due to humidity. Fan was not working. Fan is not clean at all. Bathroom are worst. Not able to spend 1 min in the rooms

I find the property is good according to the price, but still hostels are more friendly and also hygiene. I found the bed-sheets not washed, it was smelling. And also there is no geysers on the bathroom.

It is a very good place solo travelers, the staffs are very friendly will help you at time and even guide you to explore gokarna if you are visiting it for first time it was my first solo trip i had great experience, host sameet was very nice & friendly
