heritage rustic charm green property but lack of hospitality

Had taken my extended family for a weekend stay. While the property had heritage old world rustic charm and lot of green foliage , the lack of trained staff with flat expression and insufficient kitchen dampened our spirits . Two bedrooms have attached bathroom, third has one outside and the fourth doesn’t have any . They are building an attached one as per the staff. It will be a decent property if you go in winters with no expectations from staff . We took our domestic help with us who helped us with servings etc. They also need a proper signage on the lane entry and on main gate ...there is no food option except for delivery from zomato /Swiggy etc for which the delivery boys get confused without proper signage .

Deepika, it is an unfair review. You booked the property, and immediately wanted refund. We refused the refund. Since your booking was not refunded, we have this review. You did not even stay at our property. We will be requesting MMT for removal of your review, as it is against the policy. Anyone who stays at the property can only leave a review.

The stay was beautiful. Every corner was pleasing to the eyes. The only issue was network. We couldn’t call or search for anything. Even the wifi was not working properly. Other than this the place is perfect

Hi Urvika, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately due to no telecom towers nearby we do not have sufficient network coverage for mobiles. They work only in some spots. We rely on Satellite Wi-Fi, but sometimes we face problems with that too. The unavailability of network is a concern for some guests but then an advantage for some guests who wish to disconnect from the busy life. Hope you understand!

Very neat property. Pool is clean. Staff is really helpful. The property is ownedr, designed and constructed by the famous photographer raghu rai. It is actually a haveli, accessible to ncr people. Overall an amazing stay

groupOverall experience was good. Rahul and the caretaker are very helpful from the time you enter into property. Zomato and swiggy are easily accessible. You can use kitchen. Property have so much to do that you ll never get bored. Recommended to all

familyAmazing property. u ll not feel you are in gurgaon. it’s like staying in rajasthan nawab style. Well maintained gardens to play and dedicated area for bonfire adds up to the whole experience. Only negative point is they don’t serve food but you can always use Swiggy and zomato. Blink it is also available. Surya, the care taker is a wonderful gentleman.

familySurrounded by eternal nature, this haveli is a must visit if you live near Delhi NCR. It’s a heritage property, beautifully designed by Mr. Raghu Rai and his sons. The pool is literally astounding Do visit this property. Special thanks to Surya Ji who was managing the property. He was very professional and Friendly. Ghanshyam Ji and Satpal Ji were caretakers of the property and were very friendly and helpful. Amazing experience🙂

Pleasant stay

We were group of seven. Surya was a great host. This is a lovely property with picturesque interior and surroundings you get woken up by the sound of birds, we ordered food from zomato and they can heat it for you overall nice experience will recommend it to family and friends.
