It was a fun experience at hot. I got the property's location from a friend of mine. The people who were there at hot were very great and my time there was worthwhile. The only issue was that there was only one water dispenser which was on the ground floor. It would be good to have a water dispenser on every floor.

The property location was very calm and soothing, overall every thing was nice and affordable, but sometimes water supply was not proper but they answered and solved issue asap.

Room service was almost negligible. Staff response was very low and they were unprofessional. Cafe menu is over hyped and costly. The stay was very comfortable with very cozy beds and nice dormitories. It would have been amazing if the staff would have tended to its cleanliness everyday.

I accidently booked female doormatry, they rejected my check in and said you will get no refund. Not even provided male doormatry. Asking for 1k to get male doormatry.

While staying at hot i had a great time and was surrounded by many fun and loving people of staff who made my stay memorable like neelansh, harsh, kush and the owner himself Anuj. They all are very helping, chill and just great people to surround yourself with. But the one person who made my stay almost unbearable was the Manager Alpesh, he was way too interested in my personal life. He single handedly ruined the entire vibe and community and went out of his way to cause trouble for me . otherwise, the hostel itself is amazing and people are kind hearted, even the house helping and kitchen staff are so amazing people and i bonded with all of them dearly.

We had to pay 600rs additional during check in to get our beds in 1 single room of 1x4 dorms

Awesome vibes, lots of activities to do awesome stay, only the pool is missing rest everything is good.

The staff is unable to provide bed even after three times asking them to do it till midnight. They are busy getting high with the guests instead of doing their job.

Had booked a deluxe room with common balcony but were given some random room that too in another property (owned by hot but not the same property listed. Even the taps were not working properly. Horrible and pathetic experience. Horrible experience. We had a reservation for deluxe room with balcony but were given some random basic room in another property (room was very different from photos of the listed property. Taps and geyser were not working. No lift. Had to climb 3 floors with luggage into a very basic room with no view.

Good things location, room size, culture thing, hygiene negatives shortage of water, breakfast was served cold on all days.

The hotel staff was unprofessional and not supportive, we booked 10 rooms at a very high prices and we all feel cheated because some rooms had ac and some didn't, rooms wall were filthy and unhygienic, smell was terrible. There was only hot water supply in the morning no cold water till 8:30am we were told. Property did not have anyone to support with luggage transportation, only one boy was there to help and no elevator. Overall, it was a disaster, waste of money and resources, did not get gst bill in-spite of ask for it several times. Will think 100 times before booking hotel from makemytrip in future
