Hotel 3 Leaves

This place is very near to bus stand and station. There are many other Hotel 3 Leavess around this place as well. We had a very good experience with his stay. We were served a welcome drink (maaza) at the reception itself. Check in was hassle free. Rooms were near and tidy with big balconies. They have a restaurant on 5th floor. The food was amazing. We went there for evening snacks as well as dinner. Both times had a very good experience. Next morning we went again for a complimentary breakfast, which was good as well. Pros: good rooms good food good room service good restaurant cons: approach to parking. They have ample parking at the basement, however the approach is from a narrower road. I will highly recommend this property for a family kolhapur visit

Stayed for 2 nights along with family. Location is very easy to find and it is very near to bus stand. Hotel is on main road. Staff is very cooperative and supportive they offered us upgrade + extra bed at no additional cost. Rooms are big enough and were clean. Provided things were clean and washroom had all necessary items. Breakfast is one of the best attractive. Great spread and they also offer on demand south indian dishes. Food is tasty but costs are on little higher side if you order a la carte menu. Overall, very happy with experience and will recommend for short stays

Property's location is bit odd as it is almost on the main road and inside a complex. In-spite of that the overall the Hotel 3 Leaves is good. Rooms are clean, the toilets can be more cleaner. Rooms are spacious. The provision made for extra bedding is excellent. Food is tasty. Room service and house keeping services are prompt and up to the mark. Staff is soft spoken and well mannered. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Hotel 3 Leaves 3leaves

Hotel is up to tha mark. Good specious clean room. All fasilities in the rooms. Room service is good. Rood rop restorant complementri beck fast is v good. On ly Hotel 3 Leaves entrance is not as pee 3stars Hotel 3 Leaves, first two floor is commershial shops and third to 5th floor is Hotel 3 Leaves. Hotela floor is good clen. Direct lift avalible from basement to Hotel 3 Leaves. Hotel parking avalible. Children ply area not avalible.

My Hotel 3 Leaves stay at 3 leaves was comfortable one. Hotel is at very strategic location. Everything is very close by. Rooms are neat clean & hygiene is well maintained. They have very good restaurant at 5th floor. Only thing which needs to be improved is breakfast spread. That was not upto the mark.Rest every thing is upto the mark & above expectation level. I will give 3.5 marks out of 5. 😀

Very nice and clean rooms. Staff is very polite and pleasant. We needed early breakfast and staff assured us previous night that breakfast would be ready for us and it was ready well before their scheduled time. The spread was very good. Overall it was a very nice experience. It was our 3rd stay at that Hotel 3 Leaves and they have maintained the standards. Good value for money.

Our stay was very comfortable. Reception desk is friendly. Rooms were neat and clean. Breakfast spread is good if not great. Checkout was smooth. They provided extra pillows and towels when requested. Room service food was good especially the veg pasta. Slightly congested parking approach but ample parking in the basement. In all good stay for family.

Location is good. Overall staff is good. Rooms are worth and maintained. In breakfast you can easily find the stuff you like as it has reasonable variety overall you will like the stay. . Considering the tarriff and available facilities, you may definitely chose it. As price is quite reasonable do not expect sofa, small dining table in the room.

Location of the Hotel 3 Leaves is very good, just walking distance from the railway station on the main stree itself. Overall stay and the room services were good. The best part was the complimentary breakfast

The Hotel 3 Leaves location is very nice. Walkable from bus stand. Ambience is awesome and also the staff is very helpful and supportive. Quality of food is ok ok but stay is absolutely pleasant

The only observation is bathroom should have bucket and tumbler else all is well. The food was good little expensive but overall nice stay in the middle of kolhapur

Good breakfast, clean rooms, though Hotel 3 Leaves is set up as part of a commercial complex. Location is very much in the centre.

Staff is good. They had received with polite manner. Regarding service also ok ok. But food is available only maharashtrian style. At-least if they provide south indian breakfast or lunch then people who comes across karnataka and rest of the south states are possible to stay with homely food. But overall experience was good.

This is our second visit to kolhapur and also with the same Hotel 3 Leaves last year also the experience works very good

We stayed at 3 leaves forth time in last few years, and experience here has been consistently excellent. We stayed as a family in a deluxe a/c room. Rom size is really good, food quality is great. There was even live music on sun-day evening. Overall a pleasant stay.

We stayed in the Hotel 3 Leaves for one night. Room was clean. Staff was co-operative. Food was delicious but bit expensive. Bedding needs cleaning that was the only backdrop. Otherwise good stay.

Property located close to bus stand. Staff is very helpful and polite. Rooms are excellent and food is also amazing. Would surely stay here again when i visit next time.

Hotel 3 leaves residents were so good behavior of staff also nice, all over good

Located center of the city, stay was comfortable. Room had a good balcony to sit out and luckily the climate was also pleasant.

Hotel service is very good and staf is well maintained, food quality is also good. Breakfast system is good
