Room is very bad condition bed sheet is tattered and room is also not clean but staff is coprative

No parking, bed sheet was not clean

Avoid this hotel. Breakfast was not included or served, the room was dirty with dirty bedsheets and noisy. It's better to choose the Grand Marian hotel next to it.

Towel, bedsheet both are dirty & toned, cleaning also not good. But ac is good, hotel used for sexual activities

The room was nice. The ambience is also good. But the bed was totally uncomfortable and it gave me injuries on both the knees. Overall, except the bed, everything has been fine.

Hotel is for just stay 1night in emergency. Need the maintenance.

No morning food on time. Even after reminding them multiple times.

Hotel is good staff behaviour also very good and cooperative location is very good of hotel yeah i can say i am satisfy with my stay in this hotel

I went to hotel and the staff said, room is booked and they shifted me to some other hotel and i had to stay there which caused inconvenience.

On first day itself hotel relocated us to some other sub standard hotel. Hotel don't have facility for breakfast. One of the worst experience we had by booking through make my trip

Property was under construction no keys for room. Staff member was threatening & very rude in behaviour wise. Room was nasty. Geyser was not working. I would recommend to remove this hotel from your list.

Staff were polite. They treated me vary well. I will prefer to stay again if again come to ludhiana

Actually when i saw room then no doubt rooms are nice but when i visited it then too much nasty no water bottle no room freshner no ac working no toilet cleaner no shower working properly everything totally i wasted my money

We reached the hotel late night and came to know that they were not aware of our booking with them. All their rooms were booked. Somehow they arranged our stay but i would suggest not to book the hotel by makemytrip

Hotel has good room and toilet. But staff are very lazy. They just handed over the key and their job done. They didn't bother to opwn the room and switch on the lights, ac, tv etc. Tv was not working. Evwn after intimation they didn't come to check. Kept milk powder was with expiry date.

Location and ambience of hotel is very good. Staff is very soft spoken and co operative. Rooms were neat and clean. Food is also available in room service. Overall stay was very good. Recommend for stay in future
