Amenities and services were very good. Neat rooms with all basic facilities. No restaurant in the hotel. So food has to be bought from outside. Also, the location is not very satisfactory. It is near to Railway Station but reaching there is not easy.

Worst, I will never book from MakeMyTrip again. You have confirmed that extra bed will be given and I have made a check in at 4 AM in the morning and I have used for the four hours and for that, also, you have not provided the worst fake Portal.

There is absolutely no excuse for the lack of water and for the condition of your room and washroom. We understand how fundamental running water is to a comfortable stay, and the inconvenience and distress caused by this serious lapse is completely unacceptable. No kitchen available, MMT charged for breakfast with stay and hotel provided POHA with tea only and that they bring from some other food outlet outside the hotel, Staff was not friendly, rudely behaviour when asked toiletries and hand towels. Dust all over the room corners, however near by restaurant provides some snacks.

The room was not good. We were showed the room but was not cleaned the pillow covers were very very dirty. There was no hot water. They changed the room. The services were bad. They did not provide any tea breakfast even after ready to pay

Staff is not much cooperative. I asked foe water and it took more athanasius half hour to give me a bottle of water. There was a big smart tv, but jo set top box, no internet.
