Very old hotel, bath room and toilet is very bad. Rooms are with foul smell.. Food quality is not good, Staffs are very rude..It was teriible stay.. They charged Rs 32 for water bottle..

no body reply for room service today till 8.30 am no body pick call on reception for tea milk

According to the price i paid for room was value for money. Dinner was okay. Room was clean. Behaviour of staff was nice and cooperative. Only problem was a bit of noise in the corridor during the night but apart than this my experience was commendable

No Parking Available Not Tea and Coffee available in room Not fridge available Bad higth is small Complementary Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner option is very lowest.

Services was not upto mark. For example i waited one hour for breakfast and still left the hotel without breakfast.

Not good experience. Shower is not working and bedsheet and blanket is smelly bad experience.

The experience is quite good but the amount of food is quite over priced. One more thing they didn’t allow outside food in the hotel

Rooms were not clean during the course of our stay, there is no hot water geyser working. Staff was friendly but rooms are not clean at all. Even bathrooms are not clean.

Rooms are awesome neet and clean food is good overall great experience staff behavior is also nice best place to stay

hotel was good and staff also good and cooperative room and cleaning was also good toilet seat jet was bad otherwise everything was 👍

1. Location is good; on th e main road and around two kms from the railway station as well as bus terminal 2. The food served by the in house restautant was good in quality and price was reasonable 3. You will get auto easily for local commute issue: some technical issue with the ac; cooling was not proper.

Horrible experience, extremely bad service, we have booked for 2 days but have to checkout in 1 day jst bcz of horrible service and experience. Not suggestive at all

The stay was good and the services provided were decent. The room wasn't clean when we reached and they didn't let any of our guests in. The room also didn't have any drinking water when we reached.

The rooms were smelly and not clean at all. The food wasn’t great either. The location was fine because it was close to pipli, the local bus stand. The parking is open.

Hotel service not good drinking water also not good room not clean

Washroom was not clean in the room wax pads were on the floor blanket was dirty whenever the staff members came to deliver something, there were trying to look into the room that is violating my privacy. This is not acceptable from anyone.

Room was not cleaned properly and number of cockroach was there. I witnessed smell in room, service was also very poor.

Hotel's okay staff is okay. Nothing to complain about except the bedsheet, it did have a stain on it, and i've also had a lucky encounter with a mouse too, that too in the room. The food was great compared to other services.

Need to work on quality food and guests will be comfortable in the hotel washbasin is breaked. Curd was so sour and without salt telephone is not working etc.
