Hotel A4U sector 45 Gurgaon

I booked an A4U hotel for a 5 nights stay and it was a good experience and good food with good service but few things if you are considering to book that 306 room does not have its private washroom and washroom is outside of room. If you want to use the washroom then you have to go out of room 306. And that washroom can use anyone but If it is not a problem for you then It will be a good deal for you. A4U hotel is located in a very good area and the staff are very good also their receptionist is also very helpful.

Horrible stay. One of the room has bathroom outside hall and other room had people spitted across after eating paan. Host were not cooperative at all. They were very rude and refused any type of adjustment

Really a wrist hotel the rooms it's shown it's not like that either they are not provide a clean towel either a single water bottle also the comfort of the mattress is too wrist please do not suggest any person that hotel

The property was below average, bed sheets were torn and the washroom was not well cleaned. We ordered tea, which was good. So overall the property was not so good. You can prefer another property if you have the option.

Food was terrible, service wasn't good

Lots of mosquitoes. Not even a bucket was there in the bathroom

Bed was uncomfortable. Spring was not good.

Cleanliness was not maintained and the bed sheet was extremely dirty with ants all around it

It was very late evening when we were checking in and we were told that rooms available now is non ac or ac not working. I booked the hotel after checking the details. No one would prefer to stay in a non ac room these days. When we asked for the alternate options they told me to book another hotel but the location we were at was unknown for me and had no option. Had yo compromise on staying there for few hours and checked out in the morning by 08 am to find another property. Also it wasn't safe at all as somebody knocked the door at 01 am in the morning (30 mins after checkin) and when we opened the door. Nobody was there. Felt like someone did it intentionally for no reason. Terrible experience and hotel

Its an absolute pathetic property. Make my trip should shame on thenselves for listing such property. Its even worse then a 200 rs lodge. Unhygienic rooms dirty linen no towels room has pan masala stains dustbin is filled with pan masala people have spitet and what not. Bed bugs in rooms doors dont lock bathrooms are worse than sulab saichalya

First of all location of the hotel is very good. It is near to all basic amenities such as main road, food etc. Hotel cleaniness is also good. Only issue i had is with water leakage from the hand shower in bathroom. Overall look and feel wise the room was good and is worthy of every penny spent. Mattress needs to changed. Springs of the mattress are felt and is little discomfort for a nice sleep.
