Sorry to say sir, if you dont mind we are always try to give a better service. 100% guest are satisfied by our service. You are different than other. We think we are the best at old digha barrister colony. Hopefully see you again at our hotel, we will try to give you a berrer service.

Room is good but electric switch board is not good.

No. 102 of the room we were in, the electric switchboard of this room is very bad. Anything can happen at any time. Room 102 was not very clean and in some places the walls were very dirty. The washroom, however, was very good. The food we ate at the hotel was fine. We took two egg omelettes which cost 25 + 25 = 50 rupees. I thought it cost a lot. The staff behavior is very good. But one of the staff is not good. We left the hotel at 5:30 in the morning. We had to unlock the gate by ourselves. The staff gave us the key and opened the gate go. Thank you

familyComfortable, but overpriced with respect to service. They have a restaurant with good cook. Staffs tried their best to serve us, but somewhere I felt they have lack of training regarding their job. They don't even provide a single bottle of water which is only ₹20.

Food quality is not much well. Room service is very good. The staff workers are friendly. Though, at the price rate, all facilities as told, were not provided. Wifi was not available. Geyser was not working. And worst is parking facility. There is no parking facility of this hotel.
Every staff wearied mask. Though, somewhat room hygiene was not felt proper enough. Room floor was bit dusty.
