No food facilities available, in bathroom there is no any heater or any other facility for warm water at morning..

Hotel under renovation. Lift not working. Cleanliness is poor because not many or any customers perhaps. But the staff was apologetic, helpful and courteous.

Location very near to bus stand, staff supportive, Room furniture/Interior old one.
Hotel charges are overpriced. The furniture in room is old one like bathroom door. Teepoy etc were in shabby condition. Overall look of interior of hotel is old one. Staff is supportive. Location of hotel near to Satara bus stand.

Clean room. Good location. Worth it for the price you pay. Will surely stay again if I visit that area.

L stay with my friend for relax section But hotels room is very dirty very bad experience and very bad service there is no inventor no systems of power back ni facilities in the hotel no hot water in the room. Such a bad experience I never stay again.

Location is the key factor here. Rooms are a bit outdated, somewhat low on cleanliness. Service and facilities are average here. Lift does not work so one must carry his luggage all the way up to the room.

Needs to improve the interiors.. Overall a good hotel as economical.. Staff are co-operative.. Location at the heart of the city.. Nearby to the Satara bus stand.. Staff friendly.. Almost a worth for money..

Very bad experience disappointing no worth for money no lift no breakfast no bed tea no hot water poor cleanliness location is bit OK but hotel is very poor compared to the name "internaational".

It is average hotel. Need to take more efforts on cleanliness. We faced hot water problem. We requested staff to start hot water, which was acted upon after 1 hour at 8:00 am. No facility for breakfast.
