coupleIt's wrong to call it a hotel. Unprofessional and insufficient staff appears to be newly recruited. Rooms are as good as staying in dharamshala or a sarai and the dining place on the top floor is like a remotely located simple sitting room. Toilets have leakages. , front side windows could not absorb vehicular noise and the chef until 10. 30 am was not informed about the complimentary breakfast to offer. This new and nicely located property needs experienced and well trained managers from the hospitality institutions to convert this property into a hotel. Requesting mm t team to inspect before enrolling such properties before awarding them the status of a hotel. Not just reviews after such a terrible experience by a senior couple on a cold night.

For the price the property charges it is worth every penny. Except for services which the residency is facing temporary problems the stay was very comfortable. I recommend this property for stay

The day i reached i was charged rs 500 for reaching before time. There was nobody to carry the luggage to the room. Next day person came to ask if any requirement is there, i asked just for a bottle which was not provided at the same time, it was provided when i was passing by the reception, rest all was good.
