Reasonable room rent, spacious rooms, well furnished rooms, rooms are clean and well-organised, very new property, easily identifiable from a moving vehicle, and adjacent to a very good vegetarian restaurant. AC's rooms are not available via MakeMyTrip (only non-AC rooms were available when I booked well in advance) - not sure why. Also, this Hotel Aanya Shirva 20 KM from Udupi is bit far from Krishna Temple or Maple beach.

Yes, it was a pleasant stay at Hotel Aana, Udupi. I was there to attend a marine ceremony with my family. I choose the Hotel as it was nearer to the marriage venue, but to my surprise the stay was fruitful, as the Hotel was good, well maintained, clean, family friendly.

Spicy and span rooms, courteous staff and good food. The only drawback was that it was 18km away from Udupi. Its on Udupi Karkala highway. Since the road is good, the long distance did not matter much to us.
