ur manager asking for 150rs extra.. in cash whrn i reached and ready to fresh n up then he enterd and asking extra 150₹ in cash mode then after Bahess I'll paid 150₹ extra vuq Phone pay. he forced me for paying in cash only..

Not at all. Don't worst your service over there by referring

Everything is good but toilet is not cleaned

The only thing is bad entrance, staffs are good rooms are clean

It's conveniently located - within walking distance from Surat railway station - but I certainly expected better hygiene and discipline - also they dont serve food - online payment option is available but the manager was reluctant to use it.

Hotel near station. Bus station behind the hotel. Food court. Hotel building ground. Hotel staff good behaviour. Location wise good for business travelers. Family and couples not comfortable this hotel.
