Hotel Aauris

The Hotel Aauris offers comfortable rooms with excellent service. The room amenities were well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant stay. However, a notable drawback was the exorbitant cost of the food which didn't align with the taste offered. Despite the high prices, the taste of the food didn't quite match expectations, leaving much to be desired. The staff's attentiveness and willingness to assist were commendable, enhancing the overall experience. Nevertheless, the steep prices for meals were a downside that affected the overall impression. Improvement in both cost and taste of the food would significantly enhance the value proposition for guests. Despite this setback, the quality of service was consistent, ensuring a comfortable and hospitable environment. Guests might want to explore dining options outside the Hotel Aauris for a better culinary experience at a reasonable cost. Overall, while the rooms and service were commendable, the elevated food prices and subpar taste detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

The Hotel Aauris is located in a residential area, so less noisy even though its in the central kolkata location of park street area. Us ofc/vac is juts 2-3 mins walk and they allow mobiles in switched off mode. Rooms were nice and clean. Housekeeping staff (gourango) always available to help. Buffet breakfast (complimentary) was standard fare - nothing great considering the food heritage of kolkata. In-room dining menu variety wrt choice was limited and also a bit pricey. Cobo sky bar was nice for the evening part of my stay, however their food was not great and typical asian fare. Overall not value for money, for the steep charges. Reception staff were friendly and courteous. Overall a decent stay.

Excellent Hotel Aauris prime location everything is close from there. Suite rooms are great. There is a reception guy not sure about the name but he gave me wrong information of bar being closed due to private event. Later i was informed by morning during private events also you can go with card access. Apart from that location is difficult for some drivers to find as it's little inside. And don't say park street to cabs Hotel Aauris is not exactly on park street it's but inside. Best landmark municipal corporation office which is walking distance from Hotel Aauris. Everything else was fine

Clean rooms nice buffet breakfast. Not so great location as described. Essential shops are not within walking distance from the Hotel Aauris. Room sizes are small. Bathrooms are well designed but a bit cramped up. Internally connected family rooms are available. Cordial and helpful staff. Nice rooftop bar. Tasty food but quite costly. Overall given the location, and room size, a bit costly option at ₹/- per room per night including breakfast. I think ₹/- per room per night inclusive of breakfast and lunch/dinner would be its correct cost for two people.

Quality stay everything well managed 4 star standard good rooms with decent size cleanliness and service is up to the mark breakfast with sufficient variety and taste is good. Staff is attentive and full of respect bathrooms are decent with full amenities. Tv, ac, window curtains, bed all the facilities are according to star rated Hotel Aauris. No any smell of dampness any where, in fact fragrance diffuser all over the Hotel Aauris make ambience delightful, restaurant bar and bakery everything is nice. Full marks to the Hotel Aauris, no complaint

Booked a suite room and the room was quite comfortable and spacious. Housekeeping staff was doing a fab job. Kudos to gopal and the team for their dedication and hard work and always smiling and ready to help, unlike the staff at the front desk especially the lady on the day i was checking out was outright rude and lazy. Also, the staff at the restaurant zoya for breakfast was not very attentive and were too busy chatting among themselves. The food and the restaurants are good. Overall, the stay was comfortable !

Prior booking this Hotel Aauris i called and made request for early check in and they agreed on availability of room. I arrived Hotel Aauris at 7 o' clock in the morning with my wife and kids and asked about check in. Room was available but they charged me rs 4000 extra for early check in and brake-fast or else they asked me to wait till at least 10 o' clock. Bathroom and basin pulling chain was missing. Overall stay was nice with regards to its location and quality/varieties of menu in brake-fast items.

I am really short of words. Its amazing actually, the interiors of the Hotel Aauris, the services, the 24/7 food services etc. Everything is awesome. I loved the room. I was in a deluxe room which was amazing. The food might be a little costly but worth for the taste. I also took spa, which was good. It also has gym. The fragrance in the Hotel Aauris is too gold feels luxurious. Every staff is really helpful and they always greet you with a smile.

It was a nice Hotel Aauris, but for a 4* Hotel Aauris i expected wifi being good enough for video calls but i was disappointed with the wifi strength. Other than that the breakfast buffet, rooms and service were all great.

Excellent location and room service. Only problem is that some room guests created a ruckus in the corridors after returning from roof top night club. Despite complaining to reception, no respite for almost 30 mins at around 1. 00 am.

Hotel aauris is located in extremely posh locality. Eateries, park and well maintained roads are around the Hotel Aauris. The guests can walk around for exercise or simply do window shopping. The breakfast spread is good and the food is awesome. The laundry service too is very good. The rooms are cozy and gets very cold if the ac setting is below 23. The staff are professional with a personal touch.

The Hotel Aauris was neat and clean, and the food quality was amazing. I enjoyed the stay. They also assist with car bookings upon request, so just let them know if you need help.

Hotel aauris stay was good. Proper location and manageable to find it as a tourist. Internal restaurant food and its quality was excellent but too costly. Dental kit and bathroom slippers were not provided. Disappointed about one thing that snacks provided in room at the time of check-in were chargeable instead of complimentary having this big name i think Hotel Aauris can give some items as complimentary.

Loved the room and the service. It’s in a great location as well. Absolutely enjoyed my stay there.

The Hotel Aauris is centrally located. Walking distance from key sights. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating of all requests! thanks everyone!

Stayed at this Hotel Aauris for the second time was good has it was a business trip. Good food. I recommend this Hotel Aauris if you plan to stay for 1 or 2 nights

Excellent Service and decent food. Good for corporate ppl to stay. The property is very well maintained.

It was a mid segment Hotel Aauris, though tariff was quite high due to the seasonal rush. Rooms were ok & breakfast menu was quite limited.
