Hotel Abad Plaza

Stayed for one day with two rooms for my family (wife and parents). While the Hotel Abad Plaza has a slightly old-fashioned style, it is spacious and ideal for a family stay. The housekeeping service was exceptional—friendly, professional, and attentive. My family and I were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and care provided. The reception staff was also friendly and supportive. However, parking facilities need improvement. I faced challenges parking my Toyota Hycross, and some security personnel seemed indifferent to whether we were Hotel Abad Plaza guests. The breakfast was great, and we enjoyed all the options. A suggestion for the management: please add more staff at the egg counter to manage orders, as I noticed some frustration in that area. A humble request to prioritize parking spaces for Hotel Abad Plaza guests. Overall, a good choice, and I’m happy with my stay!

Hotel abad plaza offers a convenient location, making it easy to locate and well-suited for travelers. The food was a highlight, with delicious and well-prepared dishes. The hospitality was commendable, with attentive and courteous staff ensuring a comfortable stay. However, the room quality could be improved; the lack of ventilation made the space feel stuffy, which detracted from the overall experience. Despite this, the Hotel Abad Plaza’s strengths in location, food, and service make it a good choice for short stays. Improving room ventilation would enhance the experience further.

Very good Hotel Abad Plaza, clean room and toilet, enough car parking, friendly staff (including staff in car park, roof top pool is very clean and gave enough privacy, and separate staff to provide the towel and instructions. Timing also flexible ( 7. 00 am to 7. 00 pm. Easy check in and check out. Metro station is near by ( mg road, station. Marine drive is also near by. Mall is next toit. Overall it is a good stay with family. Also you can try to book abad atrium in the same campus.

Good location, walking distance to centre square mall and other shopping centres, cinemas in mg road. Food and other amenities are very good. Very good property for family and elders. Staff in reception and house keeping are very good. Overall excellent stay.

The room was well maintained but not spacious enough for the price quoted. Washroom was excellent and well maintained. Complimentary breakfast wasn't provided which is a major flaw seeing the price quoted.

Stayed for 3 days. Room is very clean and spacious. 2l of water provided which is nice. Shout-out to housekeeping and reception staff. Cordial and acoomodative. Breakfast spread is good.

Location is excellent for commuting to other places in kochi. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food was also good at their restaurants.
