the hotel is centrally located. the food was good and the service was excellent. the room was clean and fresh

Friendly and personal service the staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again. No image

Location and room was good, but didnt provide the basic facilities like wifi, dental kit, hot water etc. A/c was not working and we have informed the staff and we didnt get another room.

There was no free breakfast as agreed in room booking. Np more questions please.

Booked executive room and stayed in standard room room changed after check in due air conditioning issue ac was not working kettle was provided but no tea bags or sugar bags available expected that also

When I get into the Hotel there were two staff was there. One person is little older and one youngster also there. Youngster was not given the answer for questions. We have stayed two person. I have seen one water bottle (which never See in the market) in the room. When I asked one more water bottle to the youngster he told us that only one is complementary. When I got in to the lift there were terrible stench in Side. Finally, we got in to the room and went to bathroom. There was no power. Suddenly it came but with in few seconds it's gone. The same was he ended the entire night. In the morning, I have asked for laundry bag but the couldn't serve because they are not using the same. The stay was a tragedy.

The Rooms are very good. The restaurant opens only at 8:30 am and closes at 11 pm. The attentiveness of the staff is good. They are very responsive to calls. Its difficult to get a taxi from the hotel. Overall the Hotel is Good for a Small town like Kattakada.

I frequently use makemytrip experience was always good but this time I was disappointed because hotel was 20 kms away from the location shown and when I asked for support they didn't helped. They told that the location was same so they neither make available other accommodation nor refund the money. But I have screenshot of the location which I have taken for ease to find out location.

Very bad customer care. One boy looking the full hotel. Its like boys hostel. Bettr stay in a hostel. My friend book this hotel as iam coming from chaina. We organise a reunion. But when met the receptionist continues calling us to say your friends must leave the room before 10 pm. When they left me and my friend went for food outside hotel the gate was closed and they are not oping the gate. Then we jump the gate and went to eat. Very bad customer care. So its better sleep in a road side. As we are not restricted by any one. Their behaviour is like we are living on their money.
