Hassle free check in and checkout. The room was neat and clean. Room size was also decent it was quite a nice experience.

Decent room with needed amenties and closer to Birla mandir, Hussain sagar lake and secretariat. Food qulaity was good with limited buffet breakfast. Closer to Lakdikapul Metro station as well. Good dining options (Babai express) is walkable.

Location is convenient. Facilities are good. Wifi is not working. This is the only real problem. Food is good. The hot serves (particularly dosa, omelette) can be done more systematically. The puris are ok. Beverages are good. Bakery items are ok. Imp : They upgraded my room to suite since other rooms were occupied. The toiletries in the room are good. The tea bags are good. Flavoured tea would be better.

Although they advertise themselves as a 4-star property but it’s a 3-star hotel. Except for the prices (and the broken shower door), all the amenities are at par with that of a 3 star hotel.

Conveniently located hotel, very close to the metro station. The rooms are large and spacious and fairly clean. The room service is decent. The hotel is set off the main road so the rooms are quiet. The buffet breakfast is very elaborate with live station for freshly prepared eggs and South Indian delicacies Overall a very good option is this price bracket. Highly recommended

dirty corridors, leaky ceilings and rooms having nails on floor. the false ceiling in the corridor has been ripped open on all floors

The reception is not concerned about customers especially people from out stations,even if we are ready to pay for their service .Very terrible

Hotel is little inside a high traffic areas,rooms are good, complimentary early check in ,tasty breakfast but bhaji without poori and sweet empty container,I forced them to provide both, waitress was rude,in 4 star hotel was surprise.

We had a wonderful stay. Excellent hotel. Rating our experience. We booked Suite room for 1 N. Food - 5/5. We ordered dinner alacart. it was yummmm..... Next day breakfast had like atleast 15 items. could be even more. All of it was super tasty. Hotel room - 4/5 - clean neat spacious room. Clean bathroom. Could have given 5 star rating top, but our hair dryer wasn't working (they did replace it for us on request). Also, the mini fridge didn't work the whole time. So giving 4 rating instead of 5. Amenities - 4/5. We only used swimming pool. It was clean and decent size. Only drawback is that it's an adult pool. 5 feet. so our kid who is 6 yrs old couldn't enjoy on his own. Would be preferable if they specified on their websites or hotel details about this too. Location - 5/5. It is just outside Lakdi ka pul metro station. 5 minutes from Hussain Sagar and birla Temple. So perfect location.

Good size room. Maintenance especially of elec fittings could be better. Lighting in the room should improve.

Room was not neatly maintained, check-in process wasn’t satisfying and the room service was terrible, overall the stay was not good.

Not as accepted, according to rates of property , interior & breakfast is not acceptable according to 4 star hotel,,,but service is good

Not upto the mark. Rooms are very old and need renovation. Breakfast is worst for business travellers. Breakfast service is very poor. Need improvement

The hotel is situated in a major attraction like the Birla Mandir & lake, as well as the secretariat. The room was clean and the complimentary breakfast was good and tasty.

Good hotel in the center of city. Food is Very good. Hotel is very neat and clean as well
