The property has a prime location. The staff is very good, active, cooperative and helpful. Staff is extremely prompt in their service. Managers are good and cooperative. The rooms are neat and clean with small balconies which is very refreshing. They have a huge parking space which is good for big vehicles. The property is in the centre of the city. Rikshaw service, ola service bus facility every thing is accessible. The Hotel Accord is very close to the domestic airport and international airport which is a plus point of this property. The breakfast which they serve is good and and has good quantity. Their vada pav, omlete and veg sandwich with their green chutney is a must try. To sum it all it is a great place to stay with reasonable tariff and clean rooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay at accord.

Hotel accord is a basic, neat and clean Hotel Accord hidden from the main road, yet within close walking distance to all conveniences. The most outstanding aspect of this place, is their team. The housekeeping, front office and f&b service teams are very courteous, helpful and always smiling! their rooms are comfortable and compact. My s four nights five days stay at this Hotel Accord was wonderful. The staff was so so courteous and food was awesome and fresh hot served. Rooms were so clean and every basic facilities were well provided. Except for tooth brush kit. Bedsheets towels were super clean. And prom t service ewas given by waiters. Any additional information was too sweetly provided by the managers at the reception. Regarding the city and its tourist places. Very welcoming and peaceful stay i had. Thanks a lot to the staff at the Hotel Accord. Will recommend this place to all.

Easy accessible from airport and all major locations like bkc, andheri etc. Also close to rail stations by walkable distance. About food, starting with breakfast was super with a set of standard menu on daily and other items on order. I got to eat liclicious idli sambar, upma and batata wada. For lunch they have in house restaurant serving all cuisines. If you still want to explore more options the outside Hotel Accord have many mumbai street food options to try out.

Staff was always friendly and helpfull. Location is great for us as we wanted some place close to terminal 2. Great experience overall.
Staff was always wearing masks. Social distancing measures were in place. Temps were being checked at entry. Even the room service staff was always wearing a mask. The lift was clean as well.

I have booked a room for three days. I have selected the eco executive room. The room was decent enough for a family to stay. The staff and service were very good. Minor issues we faced were the food & cost. If you are from a different state, one might find it as little bland(non-spicy) & the cost was little on the higher note.

Location is good. It's in the market. I think they don't have their restaurant but out sourced the food. So the breakfast was fix and limited. But the quality is good. Rooms were clean. The staff is cooperative. For visa appointment it's a good location i believe in this budget.

Excellent Hotel Accord everyone can go for it, neatly maintenance, disciplined staff. It is safe and comfort. Also near by airport makes sense to stay. I feel more branches to have within city helps a lot travel commute will be reduced. Entire team is highly appreciated.

The rooms were pretty clean and ambient but the lobby was filled with fish odour every evening. The staff was very polite and responsive.

Nice Hotel Accord with location near to everything

Hotel is located near santacruz station and its 15-20 mins away from airport. Its better option for thoes who are coming with family. Room service was also good. Staff was very polite and co-operative.
