it's a good Hotel ACE PLAZA, recommend to stay, it's clean, bedsheet and towel provided by Hotel ACE PLAZA also neat and clean, it has restaurant also, which is not costly, 1 veg mini thali is more then sufficient for a men, and for two women one mini thali is sufficient, food quality also good, Hotel ACE PLAZA staff is very nice and polite people, very nice human being they are, my train was in afternoon 1505 hrs and my check-out time was 1000 AM, i told them my problem they suggest me that put the luggage at their office and go fir travel, when u want to go to railway station collect your baggage and go u can also use their bathroom and can sit and relax at waiting area, that is very good thing. one thing I don't like that they won't provide you breakfast lunch dinner at your room, exept that everything is perfect at the price of 1250 inr only Over all good stay, nice and clean Hotel ACE PLAZA, Hotel ACE PLAZA staff also very nice people, polite and good behaviour, recommend to stay

I recently stayed at this Hotel ACE PLAZA and had a mostly pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The housekeeping staff did a great job ensuring everything was tidy. The Hotel ACE PLAZA staff were polite and professional, always ready to assist. The amenities were decent, nothing extraordinary but sufficient for a comfortable stay. The best part of this Hotel ACE PLAZA is its location—it's conveniently situated, making it easy to access nearby attractions and transport options. However, one issue left a bad impression—the owner’s greed. Despite requesting an early check-in well in advance, we were still charged extra for it. This felt unfair and unnecessary, especially since they had rooms available. It would be great if they could show a little more flexibility and customer care in such situations. Overall, a good stay, but the management should work on being more considerate towards guests.

Hotel Ace Plaza is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, making local sightseeing a breeze. Although the building has an old charm, the rooms are impressively neat and clean. The on-site Kasuri Restaurant offers pure vegetarian dishes that burst with flavor and are served with care. Special mention goes to Mr. Laxman, the manager, whose helpful guidance truly enhances the overall experience.

It was a very great experience there, They provide all the basic things that they have mentioned like toiletries, Dental Kit etc and the staff behaviour was also excellent....i'll recommend this Hotel ACE PLAZA for sure as it was a great deal with value for money...don't forget to taste the food also as it was also quite decent

it's a very good Hotel ACE PLAZA near the main points of udaipur, nice staff specially Mr. Laxman Front office senior he is very helpful and supportive all staff having polite nature breakfast is delicious . always recommend Thanksgi Hotel plaza Hotel ACE PLAZA

We stayed at Hotel ACE PLAZA ace plaza in udaipur and it was good experience. The Hotel ACE PLAZA staff was very cooperative and it was very neat and clean. We loved this Hotel ACE PLAZA. Looking forward to stay in the same Hotel ACE PLAZA in the future.

Everything was good but the service was too late. My mother was not well still the staffs were not providing food service to the room, rather than they were forcing us to go down to their restaurant to have lunch and dinner. Which was not good

Hotel was good, staff was cooperative and also service is also great. Provided early check in and has facility for luggage room. Hotel is in City centre and all the places is in 3km of radius.
