Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of Hotel Agarala Residency. Couldn't have been more sweet, giving me directions to an exam I was attending along with a helpful map, ensuring parking in car park and facilitating an early check in. If nothing else had gone right with Hotel Agarala Residency this lady ensured I would have left with a good impression. I've booked this Hotel Agarala Residency from makemytrip app. During booking when I saw previous review I was not interested to stay here. But I was going alone so finally I booked. I would recommend all of you to stay here. Location wise, if you don't have too much stuff, the Hotel Agarala Residency is at walking distance from station (beside bhuma cine complex) or you can take auto in Rs 30. I had booked standard. Non AC room. The room, bathroom, bedsheets was neat and clean. Hot and cold water was available. Overall good service.

Good facilities have in Hotel Agarala Residency, staff also nice having there, food Hotel Agarala Residencys have, cinema theater, fast food, Temple, railway station, bus stop, everything and each needs available near the Hotel Agarala Residency agarala residency, Hotel Agarala Residency manager is very nice person, before he was stayed in Maharashtra and he knows Marathi language, his very good person.

Overall a good stay for a guy, near to all the prime locations. They could have done with better ventilation of the room and cleanliness.
Still felt the smell of cigarettes, of the previous customer who stayed in the room, in the room when checked in. And also the ventilation could have been better. When a guy from other room smoked, the smoke reached my room.

IT is a 2 bed deluxe room with TV, attached bathroom which are clean, but they did not provide water to drink, but overall best stay for the price. It is very nearer to both Bus stand and railway station, just 2 minutes walkable distance. Most importantly there are group of 8 theatres just beside street which will be helpful for relaxation.

Nice Hotel Agarala Residency, clean rooms. Service is very good. Railway station and bus stand are nearby the Hotel Agarala Residency, which is very much suitable for those who are going to Tirumala. Hotel employees are very much cooperative. Bathroom and room was quite clean. This is a nice and good low budget Hotel Agarala Residency.

Decent rooms but service has to be improved a bit. The response is slow and hot water is supplied only for small duration. Overall it is a good area to stay at a very reasonable price. Moreover it's very near to bus stand.
