Stayed here for two nights, and it was a wonderful experience. Rooms were spacious and clean, food was tasty, and parking was convenient. Staff were courteous and attentive. Great ambiance, high standards, and very close to local attractions.

Rooms kafi clean aur fresh the, staff friendly aur helpful tha, food quality bhi first class thi, location Taj Mahal aur main market ke pass ki thi, overall stay very satisfying aur smooth tha.

wrost experience i ever from my all stay.. location are good but rest all are bad.. no tea coffee maker in the room no hot water for bath..no any buffet system here.. dinner time two item daal and panner with chapati provide from out side..I booked with mmt..but in the end pay charges for mineral water and soup..Also the satff misbehave with me..I will strongly recommend everyone to avoid stay in hotel..

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill. The reception staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, showing no interest in making guests feel welcome. There were no towels provided in my room, and when I asked for some, it took hours for anyone to respond. The food was awful — poorly cooked, limited choices, and definitely not worth the price. To make matters worse, the foot mat was dirty and stained, which made the room feel unhygienic overall. For the price I paid, I expected at least basic comfort and service, but this hotel completely failed to deliver. I will definitely not be returning and would advise others to look elsewhere.

The Hotel lacks basic requirements of cleanliness and hygiene. There were cockroaches everywhere. Had trouble sleeping at night due to mosquitoes. The mattress was not comfortable as it was sinking too much. Food was ok but service was too slow. Could not even get evening tea after a tiring day as their Chef had gone out for some work. Location wise the hotel is on the main road and easily accessible.

The food was delicious and served with great care. and a perfect balance of comfort, hygienic, and elegance

great stay for near by taj mahal staff is very friendly but room size is very small food is okk my experience is very good

I was bound to stay in this hotel for the 2nd time since it was my official tour and this hotel was close to my project site.. 1. The rooms were smelly Centralized A.C was not cooling well.. cigarette smoke from some other room was coming to our room maybe through the Centralized Air conditioning. 2. The room service and kitchen service was pathetic. They were more interested in catering to the birthday event that was going on in there hotel, then the in-house guest. 3. Room intercom was not working, we requested them for the morning tea at 8 a.m and they denied that since the staff was busy with the late night birthday party so the kitchen will open at 9.30.. the same was with the breakfast it took them almost 1 hour to serve simple aloo parantha.. and when we asked them dahi they served left over Raita from the last night birthday party. Overall it was not a pleasant stay on the both the times i have stayed in this hotel.

The AC was not working. No hot water in washroom. Had to ask for TV remove many times to the hotel guys but didnt get for 3 days. Cleanliness was not there. There was lot of dust and dirt beside the bed

Goyal Hoteliers truly lives up to its reputation as the best hospitality provider in Agra. From the moment you step foot into the hotel, you are greeted with the pristine sight of neat and clean rooms that are sure to exceed your expectations. The atmosphere is another highlight of the hotel, exuding a sense of warmth and comfort that instantly puts you at ease.

stay was not satisfactory...room was dirty, room service was also not upto the mark, there is no amenities...staf was average.

Food was both veg and nonveg. It was well served with choice of service at restaurant or in room. Location prime at Fatehabad road. Taste of food good.

Property located near to Taj Mahal. Property shown in pic is entirely different than what is shown. Place is not at all kid friendly in terms of cleanliness and hygiene(Mosquitos/bedbugs). Customised food suitable for toddlers/kids not available. Telcom landline was not available in room and u hv to call Manager personal no. everytym. AC was working fine but it's control(ON/OFF/temp settings etc) was available at the reception nd u hv to call him each tym if u need any changes. Insufficiency in staff was seen in their poor service. Parking not available at the hotel and u hv to park on ur own risk near to hotel on the road. Already submitted

Goyal Hoteliers really impressed me with its cleanliness and calm atmosphere. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the linens looked fresh. The bathroom was also super clean, which is something I personally value a lot when choosing where to stay. What made it even better was that it’s just a few minutes away from the Taj Mahal, so we didn’t have to worry about travel or traffic. The staff was also very attentive, and everything was well organized. A truly satisfying stay!

Stayed with my parents. We found the place clean, quiet, and safe. Well-kept rooms and clean washrooms. A relaxing stay near a top tourist spot.
