The Hotel Agrawal Pride 300mtrs from Jagannath Temple room is clean. The bathroom is clean and well maintained. The room is very close to Sri Jagannatha Mandir and is walkable. If you stay at other places, autos drop only upto 1 km from the temple due to vehicle restrictions. Hence this Hotel Agrawal Pride 300mtrs from Jagannath Temple is best place to stay. There are a few vegetarian eateries nearby for breakfast or snacks. Best place for Lunch/Dinner is Sri Jagannath Mandir itself where you get Maha prasadam for 100 or 150 Rs per Thali. Just walk outside the room around 5:15 PM to get a look at the temple. You can witness Dhwaja changing ceremony around 5:30 PM, in which they change the flag or dhwaja atop the Mandir and light a lamp. The room has electric geyser and AC unit which helps to beat the heat. The room is good enough space wise. Its equipped with a small kitchen counter with chimney and a wash basin. The staff provided with R/O Mineral water bottles everyday. I hope this review helps. Jai Jagannath!
