No taxi / auto goes to this hotel due to temple safety reasons. You need to carry your luggage by walking. Checkout time is too early. Room has no good window view.

Arrogant Resepsonist and poor house keeping. overall money minded. veg food from hotel was very good. receptionist must under go hospitality training and should have the minimum curtosy to talk to customers who comes from miles undertaking tough journey.

location is good 300 mtr away from mamdir but hotel ambiance was not good not clean ac is not working after complain they change our room it take time to change room.

Nice location but service was not that good. Had to wait for 2 hrs to get hot water in tap. Booked room for 3 people but only one towel n 2 pillows were in room. Very strict on late check out

check in timing 8.am but after 9.50am he will provide the room toomuch late,but service is good and staffs very co-operatively.

close to Temple is the only positive thing. Rooms are average. cleanliness is a big concern.. need better cleaning of rooms. bathroom smells, and the fixtures are corroded. has mould in the bathroom.

The hotel is just 200 MTRS plus from Jagannath temple on Grand Road . It's location is fantastic. The delux room is equipped with all amenities except tea maker. Their hospitality and service is admirable. Its AC restaurant is very good and serve delicious food. Hotel provides sealed Aquaguard water bottle one litre for each occupant on day basis. One negative point was that ac in the room was not at all effective.
