Very professional and friendly service from the staff. From the valet, to the Front Desk, to the greeters. You can tell that they really strive to give excellent service to their guests. Love the non-gaming and non-smoking policy of the Hotel Airport City. Such a breather after being out on the strip. Beautiful spacious room with a huge jet tub! Didn't get to try the spa and the pool. Would love to try it next time I'm back in Almati in

The room is quite clean, the reception and the staff here are very enthusiastic. Food is okay but seems a bit small for the price. I appreciated the elderly janitors who were extremely enthusiastic and dedicated. i came back here for the 2nd time and will keep coming back here when waiting for flight. Note:(there is a shortcut to aero city for a night walk and enjoy the rich food).

Very Humble and polite Staff.The greeter is absolutely joyous and helped with luggage as we had a fair bit. The rooms were good and clean. The lobby was neat too. Stay was Good and Comfortable with Beautiful cosy lights Restaurant Food is amazing and Delicious Must Try once.

Friendly and helpful staff. Driver came picking me up at the airport even if it was late at night. 24h check in was really useful. Silent room at night ,24 hrs hot water available. Recommend for 1 night or 2. Very good breakfast

Great Hotel Airport City if you are flying into Delhi and are looking for a short stay. The rooms are very clean; hot shower; Insulated room; Mall opposite walking distance; variety of food for breakfast and dinner.

Hotel is Conveniently located near Indira Gandhi International Airport. We reached in 10 minutes. Staff are very helpful and specialy service staff very co-operative.
