Hotel Airport Residency Near International Airport

Not Hygene and Very mosquitos are inside the room.

The hotel is located at a very serene spot. The facility is reasonably spacious, peaceful, beautiful and equipped with all basic facilities. There is a good scope for improvement too.

Watery smell in a room, no hot water, cattle out of order. Staff behaviour is also not professional.

Stay was very near too airport, they also provide vehicle for airport, but it is in very off road from the township, as a girl i felt unsafe.

Overall bad experience. The only good part was that the room was quite huge in size and good bed n mattress but the bathroom was not well maintained and no hot water supply. The staff had to use other means and bring them in buckets. Hence not worth the price.

Good service and staffs were happy to help. To and fro airport travel was arranged by staff. Food was also ordered.

It was an ok stay as taxi for us was very easily available. They should have provided us breakfast when our stay was booked with breakfast

Just had a short stay for an evening. Location was remote and amenities were okok. They had a restaurant, but not a varied menu. Don’t have an option to move out too.

The rooms were big. But the toilet was not clean i stayed in room no. 204, there was a cigarette smell in the toilet and exhaust fan was not working. The bed sheet was also not very clean. The hitachi brand air conditioner was leaking. The water was leaking from it.

Poor room service, poor food menu (3-4 choices of food, no stores near by. Literally booked the hotel cab for 350 rs to go buy bread.

It is a hassle free and peaceful place to stay in close proximity of the airport. Rooms are very big in size with all amenities. Staffs are very cooperative and well behaved. Restaurant facility is also available. It's good for solo stay or with family.

The staffs were really good and their behaviour with the customes was also impressive. The place is very silent and surrounded by greenery. Also beautiful view can be seen from the terrace. Rooms were also large and comfortable.

The hotel rooms are quite good. But room service is not grit no phones at room. And people servicing also quite less. Also won't recommend if you have heavy luggages like me. Lift doesn't work so most of the u need to carry your own luggage specially when you checkout.

I traveled with my wife and mother in law. No tea available in the morning. No breakfast available. Didn't advise to come anyone over here.

No staff and no managemnet, sibgle person drives the taxi, handles the reception, drop to airport, no security and safety in hotel. We check out same day to new hotel

The place was good. It is very clean. Staffs were great. Everything about the hotel was great

We had booked two rooms online n it was fine. When we entered all was good. The amenities are there. But lot of attention needed. 1. The bathrooms to be cleaned. The fittings like pipe etc need to be cleaned and fitted properly. There was no water n after we complain they are not able to do anything. Hot water very rarely. During my stay i see other residents too are disturbed for no running water. At least we are holidaying but mostly i see youngsters who come on work are not able to keep up time. 2. The food was ok but they should take a little more interest for the cost we pay. Fruits can be added. The table cloth n crockery to be washed daily n properly. 3. The television n connection must be attended too. 4. The electric kettle was there but no sachets of tea, coffee n sugar. 5. The bed linen was neat. No complaints. 6. The good thing about the place is airport is very nearby. 7. The location is great n staff try to oblige us n they are honest. 8. We made ourselves comfortable. 9. Wish you all the very best.
