Hotel owner denied to stay evev after online booking

The Room quality was pathetic. Bed was not proper. The Bathroom was horrible. No Drinking water at the Hotel. The room and cupboards are smelly.

The room was not clean, especially, the walls were dirty. Overall, maintainable was poor. Lift was not working. Not even half the value for money that we paid.

The hotel is at prime location and very accessible from main road, property is good but not maintained properly. Bedsheets were found stains on it and washroom condition was not upto the mark, though washroom was cleared properly. Television available with tata sky but remotes are missing. Dustbin without lid. Overall experience is not pleasant.

Worst stay experience in my life, people drinking alcohol and smoking in hotel enterannce, worst bathrooms, with no cleaning in hotel, no availability of towels and other accessories

The room is not clean very dirty. Bedsheets not clean towels provided not clean bathroom not clean. I don't have any images

1) linen on bed was used. 2) dispute of informing we received similar pillow and cover. 3) ac remote was not working. 4) dam smell all over the hotel as old construction. 5) no proper parking. 6) no worth

Terrible washroom was very filthy bedsheets and pillows were not washed properly there were ants on the bedsheet electric sockets were popped out from the wall. Please give refund

Location is opposite to st busstand. Room was not cleaned as expected from hotels. Bathroom was so dirty.

It's a lodge for visitors to stay not a hotel. So it will be good for bachelors. I will suggest it is not that much comfortable for families as there are lot of men's living here. So stay away from here. Except this, facilities provided are average. Cons are: 1. There is not ample space for car parking 2. Not proper ventilated rooms 3. Some facilities are not up to the mark. Like bedsheets are not clean, no handwash/sanitizer provided. You should carry your own advantages: 1. Rooms are big so no compromise on space 2. This place is located in front of st stand and in the heart of city so connectivity is good

Location excellent, good for official visits. Close to the bus stand and market place.

Phone is not working, staff don't give you proper response. We were here for 2 days stay and no towel or bath accessories were provided, AC also not working. Asked to provide water bottle which we got after 5 hours. Blankets were not cleaned.

Hotel is not so clean of its value and it looks like very low cost Hotel and ignored of hospitality to customers. I won't recommend to anybody to stay in this Hotel.
